If you prefer more hustle and bustle, you can visit many of the public beaches along the 23 miles of Hutchison Islands shores. Several offshore shipwrecks and natural reefs make Hutchinson Island perfect for snorkeling and diving. Many of the nearby public beaches offer full service facilities including beach restaurants, showers, picnicking areas and plenty of free parking. "Serenity on the Sea" is a bright, updated, gorgeously appointed and extremely clean ocean front condo with all of the amenities of home. It's is fully stocked with plenty of linens, beach and bath towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. You will truly enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen which features custom, solid cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances. This is not your typically furnished/appointed rental home.
Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, dining room table or on your private balcony with its incredible ocean and beach views. The living room with its brand new, super comfortable leather couch and loveseat, provides the perfect space to watch your favorite shows, relax with a good book or simply enjoy the beautiful and peaceful ocean view.
The master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king-size bed with luxurious bed linens, a large walk in closet and a huge window with fabulous ocean views. The bathroom features 2 distinct spaces, a large sink area and a separate space with a large large walk-in shower and commode area.
The guest bedroom room has two comfortable twin beds and a twin hideaway trundle. The guest/hall bath is features a shower/tub with exquisite handmade tile, marble floors and granite vanity.
'Serenity on the Sea" is located in Ocean Harbor South, a gated community. The clubhouse offers a huge flat-screen TV, books, puzzles and board games for your use. There is also an exercise bike and elliptical machine. The adjoining pool area is features a wonderful heated pool, an outdoor shower, mens and ladies restrooms, and community gas grills. Two tennis courts are located across the street.

The association requires 10 business days/2 weeks to process applications. Rentals outside that window will require an additional $50 expedition charge.
50% deposit of your total lease (rent and taxes) as well as the condo application fees is required at booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the check-in date.
CANCELLATIONS * The $150 condo application fee is payable to the association and is not refundable.
Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to lease start date will be refunded, less a $250 cancellation fee.
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to lease start date, but less than 120 days will be refunded less a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to lease start date, will be refunded less a $1000 cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the lease start date will not be refunded (except for the cleaning fee). We do understand that things come up so, if we are able to re-rent the condo during your reservation period, we will return all funds less a $500 fee and any difference in the rental price.

Love the area. Rental properly was clean and roomy . Lacked some essentials that could have been included ex garbage bags , hand soap , dish soap etc Grounds are prestine . Clubhouse lacking personality . Not impressed with the golf pros or the office . Not the friendliest The people that clean our clubs and put them on our carts are off the charts AMAZING !! Definitely would return

Serenity is an appropriate description. We had an extremely relaxing stay. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The king size bed in the main bedroom has a new mattress and top shelf bedding. The kitchen is updated and has everything we needed to cook meals. Two coffee makers, blender, pots/pans of every shape and size. When you open the front door, you are met with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Sitting on the private balcony overlooking the beach was a favorite past time. Falling asleep to the rhythm of the ocean waves was delightful. Location is more residential than touristy - we enjoyed the quiet. Short drive to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The host is very communicative, providing essential information and answering all questions. We would surely stay again.

We’ve been staying at Christina and Kevin’s Condo right on the ocean for years. We absolutely love it. They are just a call away if you need them. The condo is beautifully decorated and is very well equipped with all the amenities one needs. There’s a balcony that overlooks the ocean. The property is very clean and kept up. The pool is heated and feels fabulous. People are very friendly. The perfect vacation spot.

I booked my one month stay at 4200 highway A1A in Fort pierce in March last year. Christina my host sent me pictures and answered alll my questions, I was happy to see the property was everything I was hoping it to be. The proximity to the beach is the greatest part of your stay, we enjoyed the beach every day. The two bedroom two bathroom unit was clean and well supplied with linen and beach chairs. We enjoyed a late afternoon cocktail on the spacious deck overlooking the Atlantic on a daily basis. I look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity! I did a fair amount of cooking and I was happy to have a well supplied kitchen with great pots and pans and all of the cookware and utensils needed for preparing meals. Other pluses were a super comfortable bed with all new bedding, plush and plentiful towels, and a great shower too! The beach is a short walk away and the view of the ocean inside the condo is fabulous! There is plenty to do in the area and we enjoyed the friendliness of the people in the complex too! Don’t hesitate!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo in November 2024. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that no detail had been overlooked. The decor is the perfect blend of Florida modern and cozy comfort, making it feel like a beautiful second home.As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen was a vacation dream come true. It’s stocked with every tool, bowl, and pan you could possibly need—and then some! It far exceeded what you'd expect in a rental.The community amenities are equally impressive. The pools are great. One pool with a hot tub is just a short walk from the condo. For golfers or foodies, the onsite golf club and restaurants are top-notch and add an extra layer of convenience and the feel of luxury.The location couldn’t be better. There’s a beautiful outdoor mall less than a mile away that feels like a charming downtown area, perfect for shopping or delicious dining. And if you’re craving some beach time, the gulf coastline is just under 5 miles away.This condo and complex were great for our fall visit. We're thinking about returning in summer for another great home away from home getaway.

My wife and I have rented this condo for the months of January and February for the last six years and couldn’t have been happier. We have rented many similar properties over the years and this one is far and away the best. The owners maintain the property to a very high standard. Anything you could want in beach equipment is on hand and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. The kitchen has every device you could possibly want and a huge selection of dishes, silverware and glassware. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the spectacular view of the beach and the ocean. The living room has new, very comfortable furniture and both bedrooms have ceiling fans which we really appreciate. The historic area of Fort Pierce is just a few minutes away and has excellent restaurants and bars of all kinds. If you’re looking for a vacation spot in this part of Florida you will not find a better deal.

Our stay on Hutchison Island at Serenity on the Sea was just that (serenity)!! The condo is as pictured. The location on the beach is phenomenal, on the 8th floor listening to the ocean with your favorite beverage. The kitchen is well stocked for your everyday coffee and food prep. The bathrooms (2 of them) are well stocked with bath linens & beach towels. You have a spacious dining area for your meals or playing games which are available in the condo. And who doesn't love having your own washer/dryer and ironing board so you don't need to overpack! Now let's go outside....the pool is a great size and so well kept. At pool side there are two gas grills easily accessible that can be used during your stay. It's a short walk on a boardwalk from the pool to the sandy beach!!While you are on the island, there is a Publix store about 4 miles away. Also, don't miss the opportunity to go to the Navy Seal Museum right down the road.When your vacation time is up - you won't want to leave! We loved it!!!

First of all, the view from the condo is beautiful. Right on the Atlantic. The beach is sandy. The complex also has a very nice pool. The condo has lovely new furnishings and the kitchen is well stocked. All the dishes, pots and pans one could ever use. It is a wonderful vacation spot for us.
