Plenty of closet space and a gorgeous view from the master bedroom and living room. The building has a heated pool, clubhouse and private entry to the beach. Plenty of parking spaces and close the restaurants and bars. Quiet building perfect for relaxing on your balcony or on the pool deck. Owner pays all utilities except power. No pets allowed and no smoking. There are no assigned parking spaces but plenty of guest parking available. The applicant is required to fill out an application for the association to approve along with a $150 fee at least 15 days prior to occupying the unit; however, the property manager is very friendly and helpful. The building has a minimum of 30 day rental. Can be rented monthly or annually. Serious inquiries only please.

Beautiful accommodation with a spectacular view. Well equipped and extremely comfortable. Directly on a quiet beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants, music, walking trails etc. in the area.
