No pets allowed and no smoking. There are no assigned parking spaces but plenty of guest parking available. The applicant is required to fill out an application for the association to approve along with a $150 fee at least 15 days prior to occupying the unit; however, the property manager is very friendly and helpful. The building has a minimum of 30 day rental. Can be rented monthly or annually. September, and Jan thru March is booked. The rest of the year is available. Serious inquiries only please.
