We are renting out our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located on Hutchinson Island. The house is in the Holiday Out neighborhood, located on Hutchinson Island across the from the mainland town of Jensen Beach. The neighborhood is located along the Indian River with a marina and also has it's own private beach on the Atlantic Ocean with full pool and clubhouse.
The house is very nice with vaulted ceilings, tile floors and tile shower. The kitchen is clean with Corian counters and all nice clean appliances along with a washer and dryer. There is a one car garage that is also available to keep your car out of the sun. The back porch is nice and does have a grill available for use. Area also has a table and 2 chairs for dinner or drinks. The house is located just across the street from the beach and is a very short walk.

We had the most gracious host. We rented this cute little house from We had to cut our stay short as my fiancé’s job didn’t work out and though we were disappointed we were so grateful for our amazing hosts hospitality. The property is well maintained and has every amenity needed for a relaxing carefree stay. I would not hesitate to stay here anytime you happen to be in gorgeous Hutchinson Island. A true home away from home.

Small modern house that feels bigger than it is with its high ceiling. Beach and activities a short walk away. Owners more than accommodating and very responsive. Couldn't ask for more.
