PLEASE READ ABOUT RATES!!!! The $150/night advertised rate is for 30+ day rentals (May through October). If you are looking for a shorter stay the rate is $350-$400/night. Remember this is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the beach. If you want something less expensive you may be able to find a hotel room to accommodate you for $250+/night for a 1 bedroom.

Location, Location, Location. This beautiful condo is close enough to pier 60 and the tourist attractions but far enough away to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful and private beach. Located in Sand Key you will feel as though you are at an exclusive resort town.

The condo is newly remodeled
with high end Cambria quartz countertops and touchless faucets. New flooring and paint as well.

The open kitchen concept allows views of the gulf from nearly every window. This corner unit also has views of the intercostal as well.

The guest bedroom offers a walk in closet and two twin beds.

The oversized main bedroom features an ensuite bath and a large walk-in closet with built in shelving/cabinetry. Sliding doors open up onto the balcony and has amazing Gulf views.

The balcony overlooking the gulf has sliding doors that open and close to allow use regardless of the weather. Its like having a second living area with never ending views. It’s a wonderful place to take in the amazingly beautiful sunsets each evening.

Ceiling fans through out will help keep the air moving and fresh.

There are coin operated washers and dryers on every floor of the building and are shared by 8 units

Heated pool and hot tub as well as direct beach access!

A single assigned outdoor parking space is also available for your use.

24/7 security keeps the property exclusive.

Amazing shops and world famous eateries across the street.

Children are welcome but keep in mind this is an 8th floor unit with windows, doors and a balcony that open outside.

No pets and no smoking please.

30 day stays (or longer) preferred but feel free to message if your needs are different.

Condo association requires a rental app and there is a $100 fee. Lease may be required for longer stays.
