Clean and comfortable in a great location

The home is very comfortable with three bedrooms and a spacious living/dining area. The master bedroom is a bit cozy and lacks a closet, but the two bedrooms that share the Jack-and-Jill bathroom have plenty of room and ample closet space to share with the occupants of the master bedroom. The screened in porch is a wonderfully peaceful space and prime location for watching the sun set into the ocean through the palm trees. With a kitchen refrigerator and two additional refrigerators on the ground level, there is plenty of storage for all of your food, beverages, and even a freezer specifically reserved for fishing bait. Brand new washer and dryer. A highlight of the property is the electric boat lift that easily lifted our skiff in and out of the canal. Once in the water, the trip to the bay was literally right around the corner. Access to White Marlin Beach opened up beautiful walks along one of the most beautiful beaches in the Keys. The property sits nearly at the end of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic or noise from the neighbors. All in all an older home that is very clean and well maintained and provided a wonderful respite from the colder, northern states.
