Fun Key Largo Trip

We enjoyed the stay in MoonBay condo! The condo was well, equipped, the kitchen was well stocked. They even had some coffee and candies, soap,toilet paper, etc to start. We had quick response from Charlie and Rosa. Easy to communicate with. . Moon bay is a great location to many restaurants and bars that you can walk to. The condo development was well kept and beautiful sunsets over the Florida bay. We enjoyed ping ping and corn hole! My son lives 4 miles south in Key Largo and it worked out to be a great family vacation! Cheers! We hope to return again, if my son stays down in the keys!

Family and friends in Key Largo

We stayed 3 weeks in Key largo. We had family and friends visit each week. We had a perfect stay in our 2 bedroom condo. The condo was very clean, no bugs, well stocked, and even had all the beach chairs and toys! The entry was easy and communication with Charles was perfect. We never had to call for anything because the place was set up complete ahead of time. We even had perfect weather! Thank you!

Outstanding Condo Experience

Our condo was a great surprise. It was exceptionaly clean and updated. It was very comfortable. It was well supplied with all the supplies needed. Charles was very responsive to all of our inquiries. He is a great host. Our rental also included two kayaks, life vests, fishing gear, pickle ball equipment, videos, kids toys, etc.. The condo grounds were very beautiful and clean. The pool grounds were very clean and there was enough lounge chairs to accommodate a large amount of people. Tables with umbrellas were availble also. The clubhouse was very clean, showers in the clubhouse baths, full kitchen, games and large screen TV. Boat slips were available. Great sunset views and seating A great grilling and picnic area. Several grills were available for guests use. Also had a nice small beach. Everything you would want or wish for in a vacation rental. Kudos to Charles and his wife. They were great hosts.

Great condo!

Charlie’s condo is perfect! The new renovations are very nice. The condo is updated and well-stocked and was very clean. The lanai is screened, making it perfect to be out there anytime. The kayaks to use are a wonderful addition, too. The Moon Bay pool wasn’t crowded at all and the common area hammock swings were perfect for reading a book by the waterside or watching the sunset. I definitely plan to return!

Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Key Largo ! We have stayed at Moon Bay before and this unit was great. The upgrades made it especially nice. The owner was easy to work with and responsive. The weather this time of year is perfect and every amenity at the condo is nice. Having a kayak was a fun bonus as well. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great time!

Great Place to Stay

I had a great time in Charlie’s place. I spent three weeks there with my family . The condo was very well supplied . The people around were very friendly. We enjoyed many of the amenities provided also . We enjoyed watching the sunsets. Charlie was always available to answer any questions.

Beautiful Condo!

I was nervous booking any condo because I have not done this before. Charlie was easy to contact, helpful and friendly. When we arrived, we were amazed at the beautiful updates to this condo. Our friends stayed a couple days with us, and they were impressed as well. I was prepared to buy trash bags, laundry soap, hand soap, etc. but all of this was provided. The appliances were brand new, and the kitchen was tastefully remodeled. The best was the beds were comfortable (last year we stayed at a house on Fort Myers Beach and the bed was so uncomfortable). We met many other that were renting, and everyone was so friendly and helpful! This condo does set on the main road, but the noise is not heard inside the condo. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location!

We rented the condo for 2 weeks and we were very comfortable there. The beds are comfortable and the condo was clean. There was an ample supply of paper products and there were staples in the kitchen. Nice pots and pans if you plan to do any cooking. The traffic on Rt 1 is noisy and can be heard out front and on the porch but inside you can’t hear it accept in the front bedroom. There are small fans in each bedroom that helped diffuse the noise if needed. Beautiful pool and grounds. Long timers there were helpful and very friendly. Restaurants are close by. Nice area to walk or ride your bikes. Would recommend renting this condo!

Perfect and Relaxing Stay

This 2 Bedroom Condo in MoonBay was just recently remodeled and everything was like brand new, from the appliances and furnishings, down to the dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our 17 day stay and Charlie was great to work with! An added benefit was all of the amenities that this complex has to offer. Our kids spent many hours playing basketball, pickle ball, corn hole, or ping pong and then cool off in the pool or the small bayside beach area. Everything was perfect! We would highly recommend staying here.....we hope to return soon!
