Cleaning Fee(3-4 Adults): $175
Cleaning Fee(2 Adults): $150
Tax Rate: 12.5%
The Base Monthly Rental Fee is based on double occupancy. Each additional adult is $300.00 US per month. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults
The 12.5 % taxes represents the Lodging Tax payable to the State of Florida Department Revenue (6.5 % tax) and Volusia County (6 % tax) applicable to rentals of less than 6 consecutive months. Rentals of 6 months or more, State and County taxes do not apply.
A Rental Application is required to be completed by the Tenant, and then approved by the Board of Directors. This Rental Application will be emailed to the prospective tenant at time of enquiry.
ALL FEES ARE IN US DOLLARS
A $500.00 US reserve deposit is required in order to reserve the required rental month (s), as per the respective Rental Agreement and Invoice as issued
As well, a $400.00 US Refundable Security Deposit is required to be paid at the time the Rental Agreement and Invoice is issued. Upon departure, this Security Deposit amount will be returned pending inspection of the Condo Unit.

Perfect beach-front condo in a great community
We just returned from a month here and wished our stay was longer. This condo is well-furnished with every accessory you may need! It has a great view of the ocean and is only steps from a walk on the beach. We enjoyed many afternoons at the pool and made great friends among the residents.Bruce, the owner, was easy to work with and answered any questions we had along the way. The unit has two nice sized bedrooms, and the beds are comfortable. Parking is convenient to the unit. We loved the new floors, so easy to care for and a great look!We loved discovering great local restaurants and Two Jerks fish market, as well as a number of local parks (and pickle ball courts).Would stay there again, no question!

Great hosts and most perfect beach condo ever!
We had never visited Ormond Beach before, but here we discovered one of our favorite beach destinations. Bruce and Cheri are amazing, and you cannot find more accommodating or better people to work with. Bruce's communication and cooperation is outstanding. This condo was not only beautiful, clean and well decorated, it included everything we could possibly think of to make our stay perfect. Our top priority is always a comfortable bed, and we slept, in luxury, like babies every night. The building was very peaceful and quiet, and we felt very safe there. In the morning, we looked out from the balcony to a magnificent ocean view. We felt so blessed, with toes in the beach sand, most every morning. We golfed, played tennis, and biked, all within close proximity to the condo. A nearby shopping center includes a Dollar Tree and Publix (for groceries), a nail salon, a pizza place and eateries, and more. We even walked there, on the beach, a few times. Alfies, a gem of a restaurant, is also within walking distance. We discovered many gorgeous State parks close by, rode our bikes southward on the beach, to the Daytona Pier, and drove north to Flagler Beach for lunch overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed exploring historical St. Augustine, the first city in America, and loved browsing many shops lining picturesque streets there. As difficult as it is to share information about this condo and the wonderful surrounding area for fear that it will be unavailable for our future dates, it is only fair to share about our excellent stay in #208. Thank you for opening your condo for the enjoyment of Florida visitors and for your very warm welcome. We hope to return next year.

Want the perfect ocean view while relaxing on the sofa?
Totally enjoyed our month in this lovely condo. Wonderful ocean view, furnished with everything you could need. You can take only your suitcase and be set for your stay. Great location close to tons of shopping, restaurants and things to do. Groceries, gas and medical needs at your fingertips. Permanent residents were friendly and welcoming. Pool Is beautifully kept. The owners were great to work with and we definitely hope to stay here again.

I have stayed at this unit for a number of years, after having previously stayed at a few different places in this area prior to discovering this beauty. Put simply, why go anywhere else? I mean this unit has it all. Great building, recently redone pool, great location, great views, private parking spot, always in immaculate shape, and the owners are the nicest people you could hope for. The ocean is a mere golf shot away and as I sit out on the patio (or even inside on the couch for that matter), just watching the waves and the movement of the ocean tides I am in instant serenity. Relaxed and soothed by the oceans gentle sway. If the spirit moves me a walk on a quite beach is just footsteps away. I have been spoiled. Beachfront is the way to go. So my suggestion is go spoil yourself and book this unit for a great Florida stay. You will not be sorry.

Very nice, well maintained and stocked, beach is just a walk across the highway,
We have stayed at Corinthian Villa for 5 years during the month of February and the past 3 have been in this unit. We have always been extremely satisfied with this unit. It is always clean, well furnished and supplied with everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and the ocean is just 50 yards away. The owners, Bruce and Cheri, are very accommodating and accessible when needed. We have made great friendships with many of the permanent owners and other frequent guests over the years. Sadly, we were not able to make it this year due to the fact we now own a puppy and pets are not allowed. Otherwise, I'm sure we would still be renting. Daytona Beach is just a few minutes down the coast and the area has many fine restaurants.

Home away from home
Have stayed here 3 years in a row. Got to know a few of the residents. Very friendly. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very relaxing vacation. Great views of ocean out sliding door. Can't wait to come back.
