Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Better at the Beach"! This condo is located at The Ormondy Condominium, a Private Residential Building that allows short term vacation rental Guests in Ormond Beach. This 2/2 condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a King in the Master Bedroom, and two Queen Beds in the Guest Bedroom. "Better at the Beach" is family friendly with a bonus "toddler" twin bed included in the Guest Bedroom and a Pack N' Play with a high chair provided complimentary by the owners. Enjoy views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach and Tom Renick Park directly from the Northern facing balcony.

Take a day-trip to Orlando's many theme parks, experience a NASCAR race or explore the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the local boutiques in, or play golf at one of the many excellent nearby courses. The possibilities are endless!

Payment Schedule: When you book we will collect your $500 down payment using the credit card you have entered. The balance can be paid via debit card or eCheck at no additional charge or, if you prefer to use a credit card for the remaining balance, a 3.25% convenience fee will apply. Please note, VRBO and HomeAway also charge a Service Fee at time of booking which is included in the quote provided on their site.

This condo was perfect! It was very spacious and big enough for our entire family. We loved the location with the no-drive section of the beach just a quick walk across the street. We loved the price too! We will definitely be back soon.

This condo and complex are exceptional! Everything you need for a beach vacation is provided. New Symrna Beach is a quaint little beach town with plenty of restaurants and shops....also very close to Ponce Inlet and lighthouse as well as Daytona Beach. Gordon with Florida Vacay was great with questions and assistance. We enjoyed our stay!
This is the third unit we've rented from Florida Vacay. We keep coming back because of the professionalism of the entire staff and their focus on our comfort, the attention to every detail from start to finish and the cleanliness of the units.
This unit (18-301) fully lived up to our expectations from previous visits. It's beautifully situated within Ocean Walk and has 2 balconies. One gives expansive views of the estuary with it's birds and gorgeous sunsets. The other has views (and sounds) of the ocean. Although the unit faces the street, we rarely had any noise issues from cars and the neighbors were quiet when we were there.
The no-drive beach access is a short walk north and then across the street. Because there's no public parking, it's much less crowded that other beaches in the area. The unit even includes a rolling beach cart that held all our "stuff" for a day on the sand.
We didn't use any of the Ocean Walk amenities on this trip because of our schedule, but will in the future. We look forward to swimming in the clean pools, playing tennis and using the fitness center.
The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen fully-equipped and has a huge counter/breakfast bar. Because it's an end unit, there's lots of natural light.
For food, check out The Garlic, NSB Sea Shack and Third Wave Cafe, among others. Flagler Ave, is the tourist area and "where it's "happenin'" with many restaurants/cafes/bars, gift shops and galleries. The downtown area is a bit more upscale but not "snooty." If you like art, check out "The Hub on Canal Street." It's filled with studios of working artists and you can find some amazing art work to take home.
