Each bedroom has a private connected bathroom creating three comfortable suites. The Ormondy has a penthouse Clubhouse with tables for cards, TVs, a shared kitchen, and beautiful 180° views from the large windows. "3 Suite Dreams" has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

Take a day-trip to Orlando's many theme parks, experience a NASCAR race or explore the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the local boutiques or the expansive Tanger Outlet Mall or play golf at one of the many excellent nearby courses. Ormond Beach is close to Kennedy Space Center, Flagler Beach Pier and the St. Augustine Historical Sites. The possibilities are endless!
