TVs in all bedrooms, WiFi, DVD/CD player, Stereo, Sofa Sleeper bed in Living Room. One car garage w/opener for all those motorcycles and beach toys. You are just minutes from Daytona Airport, Daytona Speedway, Daytona USA, Daytona Harley, Main Street, fishing pier, numerous golf courses, the list goes on.
The fenced in back yard with patio and grill is a great place to relax and chill and take in the day or night as is the front porch. Ormond Beach, blocks away from everything you would ever want!
Additional Attractions and Amenities: This house is well decorated for that home away from home comfort. Easy access to all Bike Week and BiketoberFest events. Also easy access to Daytona International Speedway. The perfect location for all the Central Florida attractions. Orlando, Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are all just a short 60 minute drive on I4 as is Orlando International Airport. Jacksonville is about 90 miles north on I95. Don't forget Florida's historic city of St. Augustine 45 minutes north on scenic oceanside A1A. Couple blocks from BelAire Plaza. Plenty of great restaurants, shops, miniature golf courses all within steps. Close to all the Granada Ave. shops, Restaurants etc.

Great location to all the events. The Granada Ave (rt 40 approx. 2 miles north) area both beach side and main land side offer great dining, bars shopping. BelAire Plaza also offers shopping, dining and grocery store is about 6 blocks south.
Flagler Beach area offers many great restaurants, shopping, and is a beautiful drive about 12 miles north on A1A along the ocean. You'll find some neat niche shops there.

Property is across A1A from the ocean about 200 ft II believe no mater what age you might be there's a little kid in all of us

Why this property? Purchased this property back in 1997 when my son was going to school at Embry-RiddleA Aeronautical University. It's been a great home for us to vacation to for years. Love the area and all it offers. The location is just perfect After all it is the "Worlds Most Famous Beach"
