The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property. Guests have access to the 11th floor Clubhouse with tables for cards, TVs, a shared kitchen, and beautiful 180° views from the large windows.
