PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), street parking (1 vehicle in front of residence), no trailer parking at the property. We have a small one-car garage that can fit a small vehicle, but we don't advertise as having garage parking since the garage is small. Feel free to use the garage if your car can fit.
* Note home flooring has been updated to new laminate flooring not in photo but nice- we no longer have tile in the photos.

About the owner: My name is Sherri, and my husband is Adam. We have two boys, Zachary and Brandon who are adult children. We bought the home three years ago and live in Orlando, Florida less than ten years from retirement. We love the Ormond area and are excited to share it with you. .
Why this property? We love the Ormond area and the ability to share our home with visitors and use the home when it is not being rented. We hope we can retire in this home in future years.

The house was perfect for my husband and myself. It is walkable to beach, Dollar General, Publix as well as a good variety of places to eat, if you don't feel like cooking in the well equipped kitchen.. Once there you can relax and enjoy yourself ! Sherri has thought of everything to make your home away from home perfect. Even though you are close to everything the neighborhood was very quiet ! We definitely hope to return in the future !
