While the sunroom doesn't have its own AC duct, the room stays comfortable year‑round thanks to its open design—and additional cooling is available during the warmer summer months.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king‑size bed for restful nights, while the second bedroom offers a full‑size bed with a twin pull‑out trundle—ideal for families or extra guests—plus a standing desk workspace for those mixing business with pleasure.

I love 63 Sovereign, Hulls Seafood, and Rosa Villa (can be a bit pricy). We've gone to Riptides, Margarita island and the Grind is fun!
