Pros: Location, sized fine for 2 people, nice tile floors, fenced in yard, wonderful neighbors, pet friendly, garage storage. Cons : Very dark inside the home, funky wiring, uncomfortable furniture (very worn), king bed mattress much lower on left side, husband rolled/fell out of bed twice, had to put large extra cushion under mattress to level it out. Toilet tank leaks, filthy shower curtain on inside of shower, stained on the outside. Tub is likely original to the house and needs to be reglazed or replaced. Refrigerator leaks and lots of dog hair under it, thus cockroaches, to which the owner replied to as, "Welcome to Florida, those are Palmetto bugs!" Rugs were dirty and had urine stains that we smelled as soon as we walked in the door. The rugs hadn't been rolled up to clean under in awhile. We rolled them up and stored them in the garage until we checked out. The grout on the arould the floor tile needs to be cleaned or replaced. The washing machine drains into backyard, under the deck so sand washes out from under the deck to the back door. Door latches were difficult to secure. Both interior and exterior of house needs to be repainted. This property is not up to "rental" standards. I felt like I should have been paid the cleaning fee.

",I agree with never again since you bought a house in Fl you don’t have to rent from anyone. The feedback I’ve received over the years is the house was so clean , feels cozy The grout on floor is tan colored grout .. Why did you not let me know about the toilet. ? My cleaning lady reported it after you left and if the rugs smelled and stained she’d had reported that also. The washer water pipe is 4ft underground and goes the opposite direction from door No flowing water under deck Best wishes"

I’ve stayed at this wonderful place several times and have been absolutely pleased! Terri is so nice and easy to work with and they have anything and everything you need. The fenced in backyard is a delight for our 4 legged family!!! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when vacationing in this area. I would recommend this beautifully decorated house to anyone!!! There’s plenty of room on the inside and I just can’t say enough about this place and the owner!!
