Condo is available June - September for your best Summer ever!! Condo Association requires a signed contract with a $150 lease application fee 30 days prior to your rental start date. Rental includes all ammenties at Sand Dollar to include 2 pools, brand new pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and clubhouse with exercise room and 3 grills on on the community patio.

: I’m a lover of everything about Hutchinson Island starting with the sunrises and amazing sunsets from my condo. And the proximity of my condo is close to all of the restaurants, activities and golf courses in Stuart, Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce. Leaving my beautiful condo never thrills me but my hometown of Lititz, PA is where we spend our summer’s to be closer to family. . During the Summer I want someone who can appreciate, enjoy and take care of this condo as if it was their own. I care about my renters but have grown not to like people that lie about their circumstances. Please don’t lie about being a “clean freak” if you aren’t. Respect that there are no pets allowed and absolutely no subletting or smoking on the premises.
