Our condo is a private end-unit, ground-floor unit that has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room, dining room, stocked kitchen, TVs, ceiling fans, and a comfortably furnished screened lanai for eating or lounging while watching golf or the beautiful sunsets. It is a split-bedroom floor plan with king and queen bedding. Because it is an end unit, we have more windows than interior condos which makes it much lighter and more pleasant. Bedrooms open onto the screened lanai.
During our family's decades-long ownership, we have gutted it, restored and upgraded to its tastefully furnished surroundings, yet retained Florida charm.

Area Information

The Florida Treasure Coast has so much to see. Two miles north is a beautiful inlet park where many watch the luxury boats transit, watch the fishermen and kite surfers, or feast in the colorful, local inlet restaurants. Our island has the famed Smithsonian Marine Station, and the St. Lucie County Aquarian. Fort Pierce has its well-known Saturday Farmer's Market and historic Sunrise Theater. The U.S. Navy Seals Museum and The Elliott Car Museum are about 10 miles away. Restaurants are numerous. There are all kinds of boating/fishing activities as marinas are everywhere. One can enjoy the AIA Scenic Highway route for a relaxing drive up/down the coast. Convenient airports are West Palm Beach and Melbourne.
