The true highlight of this home is the Tropical Oasis in the backyard! Featuring a large free-form in-ground saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and an expansive deck perfect for sunbathing! For those wanting some shade you can enjoy the views from either the screened lanai or from under the large gazebo as you relax on the loungers sipping a cool drink. For the cook in the group there is a gas grill available for use.

Pet Policy:
Limited to dog(s) all other pets are strictly prohibited.
Guest must have pet listed on reservation at the time of booking and pay required pet fee of 200.00 (any unauthorized pets found on property will be charged a 500.00 fee.
Guest must complete and sign pet addendum
All pets must comply with the following specifications and if requested, the Guest must be able to provide
documentation from an accredited veterinarian upon request:
Max number 2 pets
May not exceed 50 lbs. without approval.
Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations required for boarding.

Noise/Good Neighbor Policy:
This is a private residence in a residential neighborhood. Quite times are 9pm to 8am and we always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held at this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit:
We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 26 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 26 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.

Registered Guests:
ONLY the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property!
Unless discussed and agreed with us otherwise, this includes inviting groups over during the day/night beyond the number of persons you have booked for.

Check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am.
