About the owner: We are a working professional couple, and we were attracted to Delray Beach by the restaurants, galleries, relaxing vibe and beautiful beaches. We take pride in our home, and we've created a space that we would want to live in ourselves.
We just started renting in December of 2023, and we are excited to host you!
Why this property? We were drawn to this home by the sunroom, the tropical feel of the backyard, the clean lines and spaciousness of the interior, and of course it's incredible location!
We take pride in our home and have decorated it as if we are living here full time. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. We are quick to respond and want you to have the best experience possible.

Is there parking?
Yes, the driveway can fit three cars. However, the garage is not large enough to fit a car.
Do renters have access to the bicycles?
Yes
Do renters have access to beach chairs/umbrella?
Yes, four beach chairs and an umbrella.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home (including the sunroom).
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this time. Please reach out for circumstances related to service animals.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM.
What is the cancellation policy?
We allow free cancellation with 100% refund up to 30 days from the check-in date.
After 30 days, we allow a cancellation but with a 50% refund.
Are events allowed?
No, large gatherings / events are not allowed on the property.
Are there age requirements for the primary renter?
We request that the primary renter be 27 years of age or older.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Once the inquiry is accepted, we will send you a detailed contract.
We require 50% payment upon booking, and the remaining 50% payment a week before check-in date.
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Wire transfer
- Certified check
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, we require a 15% security deposit that is returned to you post check-out and review of the property. This money will be returned to you within 48 hours of checkout if no damages are assessed.
