This two-bedroom, two-bath luxury home features a large, open living room and dining area, with a well stocked kitchen and a separate game room. The space flows together with plenty of Florida's natural light throughout. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has two queen beds, allowing the home to comfortably sleep six without relying on a sleeper sofa. Both updated bathrooms feature walk-in showers, modern vanities, and updated tile finishes.

Out back, the private yard is designed for lingering — and, in December it will also feature a brand-new private pool. The saltwater hot tub sits just off the patio, alongside an outdoor dining table for six and the BBQ grill. Thoughtful landscaping and plenty of room to spread out make it an easy spot for morning coffee or a drink after dinner on the Ave.

FAQs
• Check-in begins at 4 PM.
• A brand-new private pool is currently being built and will be available for guest use beginning December 15, 2026. Reservations with stays before December 15 will not include pool access.
• Propane for the grill is not provided, though there may be some remaining from a previous stay. You are welcome to use what is available. If the tank runs out during your stay, additional propane would be at your expense.
• The beach is an easy walk east along Atlantic Avenue, so you can leave the car behind and enjoy Delray on foot.
• The home is professionally cleaned between every stay, with fresh linens and bath towels ready when you arrive.

This is the part of Delray most guests fly in for, and the house is inside it rather than a drive from it. The backyard is private and landscaped, which is not a given this close to the center of town.
