There is a large salt water pool in our back yard that is enclosed with a screend lanai to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. Our yard is private, partially shaded so that you can sit outside in the afternoon, and there are no neighbors living directly behind our house. It is very private.
There is a propane WEBER BBQ for your use, you are welcome to use it, but we do not supply the propane if the tank is empty. You are welcome to use any propane in the tank, however if you empty if, we ask that you go to Publix and exchange the tank for the next guest. We usually leave a second full tank.
There is deluxe cast aluminum patio furniture including conversation area seating for 4, two chaise loungers, and a dining table for six. We installed a power retractable awning in the lanai for some shade.
The house has a 75 inch TV in the living area, a 70 inch TV in the primary bedroom, and 46 inch TV's in the bedrooms. High speed internet and a wide selection of channels are available, including NETFLIX.
There is parking for 2 cars on driveway, no parking in the garage. Please no parking on our side of street, your guests must park on the other side.

Great property with private heated salt water pool. The POLO TRACE community centre has pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, and a half court for basketball, plug a hot tub, kids pool, lap pool and a large pool for the guests. There is a fully equipped weight and exercise room for our guests.

We love Delray Beach. It was voted 'the most fun town in USA'. The downtown core features a strip with many restaurants, outdoor patios, galleries and spas. Great for people watching and enjoying happy hour.
Delray Beach is a safe, clean, well kept area. Beaches are less than 9 miles away from our home, and there are lots of public golf courses and restaurants nearby. And let's not forget shopping. Malls and boutique shops throughout the area. This home is well kept and the second master bedroom/ensuite bath is great if you have another couple visiting. The third bedroom also has a queen bed.
The green Cay is a beautiful walking trail, on a boardwalk, raised above the water.
Nino's Italian Restaurant has great pizza, and Delray Marketplace has a great selection of restuarants. Prime Catch is great for seafood and check out the Old Key Lime Pie factory.
The beach at the end of Atlantic Blvd has two great restuarants.

Just got back from staying at Donna and John’s house in a gated community in Florida, and it was fantastic!The house was very clean with everything we needed. The open and modern layout of the house also made it great to spend time with friends and family. There were 3 bedrooms with more than enough space for everyone, along with a very nice master suite. The private backyard pool was certainly an added bonus and was very well maintained.The community itself was amazing! We spent time at the club house playing pickleball, basketball, and tennis (the courts are in great shape). The club house had two large pools, a hot tub, kids section, large beautiful gym, common space, and great restaurant, just a few minute walk from the house. All the facilities were very well maintained and we also enjoyed walks along the boardwalk around the community,Donna and John were very helpful and responsive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is also in a good location, just a short drive from the down shops, restaurants, and beach area. in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and not far from the beach.

John and Donna are great hosts. They are very responsive. The house is in amazing condition is the pool is cleaned frequently. The club house is a 5 minute walk away and has a great restaurant, amazing pool, very well kept gym, and also 4-5 tennis courts, bocce ball and 4 pickle ball courts. There is lots to do. Grocery stores are minutes away as well.

Had a great visit in April while the new front doors were being installed. They look great, everything is first class at the house, particularly the heated private salt water pool. Its so relaxing to jump in after a round of golf.
