DELRAY NIGHTLY proudly presents Studio Palms — a private 800 sq. ft. boutique guest residence three blocks from Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Set above the garage of the main estate with its own alley entrance, the studio is completely independent from the main home — ideal for couples, solo travelers, and small groups visiting Delray Beach.

The open floor plan combines a king bed, twin bed, sectional lounge, dining table for four, and a kitchenette into one comfortable space. Please note the studio is designed as an open-concept layout — there is no separate bedroom. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave convection oven, coffee maker, and a starter set of essentials for simple meal prep.

A walk-in shower with lighted vanity mirror, a large walk-in closet, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private outdoor patio with BBQ grill round out the space. Beach chairs and gear are kept by the door for guest use.

Studio Palms is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. Guests have their own private alley entrance and do not share access to the main home, its pool, or its outdoor entertaining areas.

LOCATION
Three blocks from Atlantic Avenue — Delray's main strip of restaurants, boutiques, bars, and nightlife. Two blocks from Sundy Village — Delray Beach's newest shopping and dining destination. A short walk, bike ride, or FreeBee ride to the beach. The studio sits inside the FreeBee zone, the complimentary local shuttle that covers downtown Delray Beach.

ARRIVAL
Self check-in is by smart lock keypad with 24-hour availability. Free parking is on the premises — the driveway and alley entrance are designated for studio guests. Starter supplies (coffee pods, paper goods, basic toiletries, laundry essentials) are provided.

Area Information

Studio Palms is in central Delray Beach, Florida — three blocks from Atlantic Avenue, the heart of downtown Delray. Atlantic Avenue runs from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean and concentrates Delray's restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, cafes, cocktail bars, and nightlife along a roughly mile-long walkable strip.

Two blocks from the studio is Sundy Village, Delray Beach's newest shopping and dining destination — a multi-acre development that opened on a restored historic property and added a major cluster of restaurants, retail, and event space to the downtown footprint.

The Atlantic Ocean beach is a short walk, bike ride, or FreeBee shuttle ride east. Delray's public beach is one of the highest-rated stretches on Florida's southeast coast, with lifeguard coverage, beach service rentals, and easy parking at the municipal lots near A1A.

The studio also sits inside the FreeBee zone — a complimentary, on-demand downtown shuttle service that runs throughout downtown Delray Beach. Riders request pickup through the FreeBee app to reach the beach, restaurants, Sundy Village, and downtown attractions without driving.

Delray Beach is in southern Palm Beach County, between Boca Raton (to the south) and Boynton Beach (to the north). Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Miami are all reachable by car for day trips.
