The space
New to the vacation rental market, this Mark Julien custom home built in 2014 boasts spacious accommodations comfortably for up to 10 guests. Master bedroom retreat with his/her walk-in closets, spacious guest bedroom, game room, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, laundry room, powder room and family room are all located downstairs. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs on either side of the loft area. Multiple flatscreen TV's and Sonos Sound System throughout the house and in outdoor living space. Spacious backyard oasis w/ high end outdoor furniture, fire pit, lap size pool and plenty of space for relaxation. A 2-car garage available to guests for secure parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. The house is armed with outdoor security cameras and an alarm system. Ideally situated between other beautiful upscale homes of the same size and located on a lovely historic street in Downtown Delray.
Unique Benefits
The house is amazing. Very private, lush tropical oasis. Lap Pool. Great outdoor space. Really lights up well at night in the backyard with landscape lighting, colorful pool lights and both an outdoor firepit and outdoor fireplace. We also have motorized screens for the outside living area!
The location can't be beat. Located in Pineapple Grove (Delray's Art District), we are just a few blocks from all of the happening bars and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. We are also very close to the beach! Also, only a few blocks from the Delray Beach Farmer's Market which takes place every Saturday!
We offer some great amenities too! With your stay, you will receive access to 4 bikes, complimentary service at Oceanside Beach Service that includes four beach chairs and two umbrellas (or cabanas). We also have a golf cart you can rent for an additional fee!
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the pool! There's a shallow end which is great for younger kids, and a lap pool for your budding Olympic Swimmers. Parents love the pool area because upon request, we can install our pool safety fence. Kids also love the 5 SmartTvs we have around the house, including an outdoor television. Kids also love that they don't need to lug chairs to the beach. Our complimentary passes for Oceanside Beach Service takes care of all the setup for you. You can also drive them through Downtown Delray and to the beach on our golf cart for an additional fee.
If that's not enough, we are super close to two Ice Cream Shops including Ben & Jerry's and Sloan's.
The neighborhood
Jodi’s place is located in Delray Beach, Florida, United States.
Walk, bike or hop aboard the "Freebie" free shuttle service to the beautiful white sandy Delray beaches you'll love. Spend your days at the beach -- you will be given a complimentary membership card to Oceanside Beachfront Service who will set up your complimentary lounge chairs, umbrellas or cabanas. Stroll through the local Farmers Market every Saturday morning. Delray Beach Tennis Center, a short stroll from the home, offers tennis & pickle ball year round. Old School Square offers a variety of outdoor concerts from free Friday concerts to ticketed events throughout the year. Delray Beach's coolest event of the year is the July 4th celebration with live music, free family-fun activities & a fireworks celebration. Delray Beach is filled with excitement all year long... from their Christmas parade and holiday festivities in December to "Fashion Week" every January, an annual "Savor the Avenue" festival in March and many more events. Rent a boat on the intercoastal, stand up paddle board, kayaks or book a deep sea fishing cruise. So much to do nearby you won't want to leave Delray Beach.
Pineapple Grove. The galleries. The music. Also Atlantic Avenue and all of the restaurant choices you could imagine. You can also walk to the new Delray Market, our first indoor food mall with pretty much every kind of food under the sun. We are also close to an IPic Theatre (on the rare chance it rains in Florida). Also nearby are Putt'n Around Mini Golf and the Pinball Museum! On Saturdays, check out the Farmer's Market at Old School Square - which is also home to many live concerts! If you want a gym, Orange Theory is only a few blocks away.
This is hard. Atlantic Avenue is known for their amazing restaurants. For great Mexican food and Margaritas go to either El Camino or Rocco's Taco's. One of our favorites is a Greek Restaurant called Taverna Opa on Atlantic Avenue. Great Greek Tacos for super low prices on Tuesdays. Come back Saturday nights for belly dancers, Ouzo and broken plates! If it's seafood you are after, some amazing choices including City Oyster, Lionfish and Mussel Beach. For steak, try Cut 432. For romance, Casa Acqua, Drift or Dada. For a great downtown rooftop experience, go visit Rosewater Rooftop at The Ray Hotel on 2nd and Atlantic.
Ready for your parking cheat sheet... to go to the beach, you can valet at Burger FI. It's only $5 and you just need validation. It's right across the street from the beach if you can't find parking. While on the subject of parking, free parking can be found directly behind Johnnie Brown's on Atlantic or next to the Pinball Museum.
Whole house generator, pool service, gardening service, weekly or regular maid service upon request for an additional $250 per visit. Oceanside Beach Service provides 2 beach chairs with umbrella or a cabana daily during your stay. Additional lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas available for an additional daily rental fee or can be added to your bill if you are doing a monthly rental. Our stay at Jodi’s house in Delray Beach was nothing short of spectacular. This beautiful house became the perfect retreat for our multi-generational family vacation.Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the beauty and functionality of the house. The open layout seamlessly connected the kitchen to the living and dining areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for gatherings and shared meals. The kitchen itself is beautiful and easy to work in, making our large dinner parties a lot of fun!One of the highlights for the kids was the game room (just off the kitchen), complete with foosball and air hockey tables. It kept them entertained, allowing the adults some well-deserved relaxation time.But perhaps the crown jewel of this rental was the outdoor space. The heated pool was a hit with both kids and adults alike, and the assortment of floats provided added to the fun. The expansive outdoor living area, complete with a TV and fireplace as well as a separate fire pit and Adirondack chairs quickly became our favorite spot to unwind.The location of the house couldn’t have been more convenient. Situated within walking distance to everything Delray has to offer, we found ourselves strolling to nearby shops, bars, and restaurants with ease. For longer excursions, a golf cart was available for rent, providing a fun and efficient way to explore the town and beach. A favorite ride for our granddaughters!Convenience was key during our stay, and having a grocery store and pharmacy just two blocks away made stocking up on essentials a breeze.Delray Beach itself proved to be a treasure trove of activities and attractions. With its plethora of shops, bars, and restaurants, each visit offered something new to discover. We’ve enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ve already booked our 4th year with Jodi and simply can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise.

This house is fantastic. It's fully retractable sliding doors open to an outdoor oasis, including a fireplace, modern comfy furniture, a gorgeous pool, fire-pit, lounge area. I could go on and on. We lived outside. The interior is also wonderful, modern and clean, well appointed with all the amenities, including a wine refrigerator. Incredibly spacious and in a great location. We walked everyday to the French bakery and up to the Ocean. This home did not disappoint!

We rented the house for a 2 month stretch and loved it. The house is perfectly located and we could easily walk to the center of Delray or the beach. The house is perfect for families, it is safe and very well equipped for everything that a family may need. The outdoor area is lovely for entertaining and we spent hours in the pool. We'll visit again soon.

Just returned from a week stay in this immaculate, beautiful home! Located in an ideal location, walking distance to our favorite Delray coffee shop and a quick drive to the beach, this home offers so so much. We were in town celebrating my sister's birthday and it was a great home for 2 families. The upstairs is positioned well for one family and the downstairs for another. High quality and comfortable! The owners thought of everything to make our stay perfect and were extremely generous so hospitable. The outdoor space was like being at a resort - we started our mornings with coffee on the patio and ended our days around the fire pit. We absolutely loved this luxury home and would buy it in a heartbeat from the darling owners! :-)Can't wait to return and look forward to working with Jodi in the future. I am not typically one to leave reviews but feel very compelled to share a bit about our incredible recent stay at Jodi's house in Delray. We stayed with my family for one week and were looking for a place that accommodated a lot of needs -- my 10 month old baby needed quiet, my husband wanted a fun place to hang by the pool, my parents are extremely picky about where they stay, and my 97 year old grandma who lives nearby needed to feel comfortable when she visited...needless to say, the house fulfilled all of these needs (and more!) and blew EVERYONE away! The backyard and pool area was so gorgeous and we spent every waking minute out there. The house itself is meticulous and STUNNING. We were all so sad when we left and remarked on how we've never felt so comfortable in a home that wasn't our own. Jodi, the owner, was available and helpful at every turn -- sending restaurant recommendations, helping us to find things, and making sure we were comfortable. I'm so excited we found our spot to return to for many many trips to come, this place is a true paradise -- and one I'm so grateful to have stayed at. If you are booking this place, all I can say is...I'm jealous.

We had the pleasure of spending a month in this beautiful home! Both Jodi and Josh were tremendous hosts and were very responsive to any questions we had. The home is modern, spacious and super clean! The covered outside patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee, remote work/school, happy hour and watching football games by the gas fireplace. The ability to screen in the patio during the evening was a big plus as well. The location is centrally located between the beach and Atlantic Avenue and Publix and CVS are a few blocks away as well. Great house and great town!

We enjoyed this home for 4 glorious weeks! Our 'Super Hosts' Jodi and her husband, Josh, made sure that we had everything we needed and answered our questions right away. It was if we had a personal 'concierge' with Jodi. She was very helpful with recommendations for everything from where to eat to where to hike or play golf! This house has all the amenities you could ask for, from a heated pool (perfect for a daily swim) to the outdoor living area with both a fire pit for s'mores and a fire place area with a big screen TV! The best was the 'walkability' to everything in Delray Beach. We rarely used our car, we chose to walk or use the bikes that came with the house. So much to do and not enough time is our only complaint! We had such a great time here and loved the house and our hosts so much that we've already booked a month again next year! Can't wait to come back!

Our family had a great time staying at this beautiful home for three weeks at the end of last year. It’s a great home that offers anything u need. It’s ultra modern and was perfect for our family of 8 Had a great pool in that back that allowed us to quarantine in style. Any thing extra we needed was taken care of with a simple phone call. We stayed at Jodi's beautiful home for a month with our two small children (1 and 3 year old) and it was the perfect family friendly home to relax in. The backyard is so lovely, we enjoyed taking daily swims and relaxing by the fire pit at night. They had a safety gate that we could use to put up around the pool and stairs in the house which were essential for us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to stores (2 miles from Whole Foods and Fresh Market). We would definitely return to stay again!
