“Happy Place” is a comfortable, relaxing beach home located on the north end of Cape San Blas. This five bedroom/four and a half bath home welcomes groups of up to (14) fourteen, shares a pool with only a couple of other homes and resides just steps from the glistening white beach of the Cape.

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The home sets only a couple of miles from TH Stone Memorial State Park and a plethora of untouched tropical nature. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

This home comes with a $250 beach gear credit and pool heat is available for an additional fee. Well behaved pets are welcome (call for details/restrictions). No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed. Elevator is for convenience only and is not considered handicap certified.
