About the owner: Our family fell in love with Okaloosa Island while visiting our son who was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. We've always dreamed of owning a vacation home in Florida. In 2020, we purchased our Florida home away from home. We are so excited to finally realize that dream. We live in Casper, Wyoming but look forward to escaping our long winters to the beautiful beaches of Florida. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home, our future retirement home and the beautiful white sand, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf as much as we do!
Why this property? We have traveled from Wyoming for years to visit our son and fell in love with Okaloosa Island. It's less crowded than Destin area but still close enough to enjoy all the restaurants and activities Destin has to offer.
We choose Summer Place because of the location to amenities, the two pools and hot tub because we have 5 grandchildren who love the water. The heated pool is a hit for them in the wintertime. The pool area is spacious and inviting when you don't feel like going to the beach.
The beautiful white sands and turquoise water make an amazing view from the balcony of our condo.

Do you offer beach service?
Yes, We offer two beach chairs and an umbrella March - October. Additional chairs are available to rent from the beach service attendant.
Do you have a high chair or infant bed?
We have a pack and play for babies to sleep in and also a high chair available.
Do you provide toiletries?
We provide enough toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels for a couple days. You may want to bring additional.

This is the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. Super comfy beds, awesome patio to watch the most beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked. The master bathroom is amazing! Cant wait to visit again.
