Beautiful Waterfront Home! Plenty of space to enjoy your vacation! 4 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Billiards room w/ wet bar. Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed with access to pool area and a walk-in shower. Across the large Living Room are the two Guest Bedrooms with Queen Beds. They share a Guest Bathroom. The Den is right by the Guest Bedrooms. Upstairs is another Guest Bedroom with a Queen Bed and the Billiards room with TV and seating w/ wet bar. Outside is the beautiful pool area and a Fishing Dock. Boat Lift is not Available.

Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.”

Starting in 2023 HOUSES will have a $1000 Security Deposit to help cover any fines incurred by the tenant if violating the rental ordinance of the City of Marco Island. Deposits will be held for 30 days after tenant departs and mailed back after no violations found.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage
