Easy Breezy Condo

Welcome to our fully renovated, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, ground level condo with central air. All new or curated vintage furnishings with colorful and coastal decor meet sea breezes in this popular mid-century modern condo community called Seabreeze South. The community is excellent for walking and features a central heated pool area with grilling station and picnic area or swap out for a new book in the clubhouse. We are also within a short, walkable distance to many of central Marco’s best dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and live music. Seabreeze is not beachfront but is a short walk, bike or drive from several public beach accesses. Free golf cart rides are also available in this area. Tip your driver fairly and call or text ahead.
This turnkey condo sleeps four (max) comfortably with 2 queen beds. Linens, housewares, well equipped kitchen and beach items are provided for you. Our lease terms are flexible but sadly NO PETS. We live locally and can accommodate most requests should you need anything special for your stay.

Area Information

Central Marco, along Collier Blvd, features many fun dining options close to the condo. Breakfast or bagels, pizza joints, Mexican and Thai plus more are just a few of the options close by and all safely walkable. Grocery and boutique shopping is also nearby. Several of the restaurants feature regular happy hours and live music. Public beach access is not far and we provide a beach butler cart for your use if you want to walk and skip the parking lot line. The WAVE free golf cart is also an option but hours can vary.
