This condo is located on the 4th floor of the Beach Club of Marco Condominium (@1/2 mile south of the Marriott). It is a very spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. (700 sq ft + 200 sq ft lanai).It is directly across from the beach but has it's OWN private beach access and boardwalk. No other condos have this luxury. Extra cleaning and sanitizing is being done between every rental. From the front door to the beach it's a 3 minute walk. The building is a 4 story complex and you are on the top floor. The unit was just recently purchased and has been professionally decorated. Everything in this unit is first class to make your stay more enjoyable. The bed is a king size and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper as well, the unit accommodates 4 people. There are 2 flat screen TVs in the condo and free wireless Internet throughout. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and MUCH more. The unit has a slight view of the gulf and has it's own private beach access as stated before. In the unit you have access to beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella, and beach caddy to wheel everything to the beach. From the screened in lanai you overlook the pool and can see the Gulf. The complex also just installed 2 new Pickleball Courts that are free and have lights.
The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. I always rent Saturday - Saturday to keep rentals flowing. I have a website at where you can see my other condos too.

I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. Payment due 90 days before arrival if renting multiple weeks. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.

Small But Organized!
This was our first visit to Marco Island, and my husband and I spent a fun week at the Apollo property. It was well-kept and secure, with covered parking. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the cleanliness, the quality cookware, the comfortable bed, the castors on the dining chairs, the owners’ tips, the location and of course, the view.We did not need utilize any of the provided beach things, as it was too chilly, nor did we use the pool and hot tub. One reason for that was the early closure of the pool area: 6:30 p.m!! That was a mysterious first for us, having never encountered that in all of the places we have vacationed.Two things would have made the experience even better: more coffee cups (had to keep washing by hand) and some hooks (maybe over the door in the bedroom) for raincoats, umbrellas, jackets, beach towels, etc.The owner was prompt in all communication. All in all we enjoyed our week and would stay again.Suzanne and Doug

Perfect stay on Marco Island
My wife and I took our infant child to Marco island and this was the perfect condo for us. Just steps from the private beach access gate and also just across the street from our favorite restaurant, Sunset grille. Because we had a small child the pool was a huge bonus on the days we didn’t want to pack up a cart and chairs. The condo comes fully stocked with everything needed for the beach. Fantastic stay for my family and I. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place to Stay on Marco
My wife and I took our infant child to Marco Island over the 4th of July weekend and had a great time. The condo was perfect size for our family and in the best location for us. One of our favorite restaurants is Sunset Grille so the location was perfect for us to just walk across the street for dinner. The private beach access was a huge benefit as well because it was extremely easy to take the beach cart and chairs across the street to the beach. The condo comes fully stocked with all the beach equipment you could ask for. Bottom line is that I highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable and convenient stay on Marco Island.

Perfect getaway home
We had a perfect vacation in this clean and comfortable condo. The direct beach access was great along with having all beach accessories provided. The condo had all the necessary kitchen items to cook at home. Highly recommend!

Perfect location
If you love Marco Island as much as we do, you will love this condo and location. Perfect for 2, and is fully stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella etc. Comfortable bed and great screened in porch. Best part is that it is right across the street from the beach with a small walk with a private walkway to the beach. And the owner is easy to work with and helpful.

Great condo in a quiet building right across the street from south beach with a private gated access to the beach.
Beach Club 404 was everything you could ask for in a condo rental. A quiet building on the south end of Marco with private gated access to the beach right across the street. The king size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need and most of it is brand new. It includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is a closet full of all the stuff you need for the beach. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all. Finally, Dave was great to work with. His rental process very easy with several different types of acceptable payment methods. Communication is key and Dave keeps you informed. He sent us several post-Irma updates describing how the cleanup was going and which businesses were opening up in Marco. He even text me after we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory for us. We will use him again. Thanks Dave!

Great condo in a quiet building right across the street from south beach with a private gated access to the beach.
We arrived at our Beach Club 404 condo on November 26 for a one week stay. Our one-bedroom condo was spotless with the air conditioning already on, so it was very comfortable as well. The king bed was great and included several sets of pillows. Large fluffy towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including all new cookware, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker... just everything you need. But perhaps the best thing about the condo is the private gated access to the beach located directly across the street from the condo. If you're not staying a place right on the beach, there are only a few places to access the beach and they all charge. The walk is very easy and manageable. Great perk! Speaking of going to the beach, the condo is fully stocked with all the beach stuff you need. Beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, a cooler... it's all covered! Lastly, Dave is great to work with. Lots of communication and a simple rental process with multiple payment methods. Dave sent us several post-Irma updates on the Marco cleanup process and the businesses as they reopened. He also sent me a text after we arrived at the condo to make sure we had everything we needed in the condo and to ensure we were satisfied. Very much so! Thanks Dave!

A little bit of paradise
We absolutely love this condo! The location is ideal with its close proximity to restaurants and shops and the private beach is stunning! We have stayed at this condo a couple of times and keep coming back! Dave, the owner is a pleasure to work with and has stocked the unit with all the amenities needed to ensure that your vacation is as stress free as possible!

Very convenient beach access!
We had everything we needed for some great beach time. Appreciated all the beach gear including a cart. Patio looking over the pool was a plus too, used the pool on windy beach days. It was also nice having a carport to pull our vehicle into. Walked over to the Sunset Grill two nights this week.

So relaxing - it had everything we needed
This condo was perfect for me and my friend - Great location: • across the street from some great restaurants • easy to get to the Y and stores • the lanai provided a nice view of the beach • the beach was easily accessible, and I also found some great running/walking routes,Great amenities: • it was nice to be able to eat in a few nights, and have coffee in the morning • laundry facility was a nice perk • the pool... perfect temperature • good to be able to catch a few good movies or watch the gameWe were there off season so there weren't a lot of crowds, as such, we got an extra hour of paddleboarding, some great outlet mall shopping and day trips to nearby towns - we got to enjoy everything we'd planned, and some things we didn't.

Fabulous Beach Club Condo
This place was perfect for my husband and me. The Beach Club offers private beach access right across the street and a quick walk to the sand. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and had a kitchenette with all cookware to prepare small meals. Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and a buggy were all included! I can't say enough great things about David. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even checked in with us during our stay! Thank you for everything!

This family trip was one of the best! and sunny!!
Marco Island is full of outstanding restaurants and shopping! The weather is most always dependable-HOT The Essex Condo is centrally located on the second floor. It is an end unit fully equipped and very clean. A washer and dryer are in the unit as well as two full bathrooms:) I would highly recommend this unit.
