This is an oceanfront #811 unit in the South Seas West, tower 2, which is known to have the best view on the island, with a huge balcony facing the island, the beach, and tiger tail beach (read reviews). 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, both rooms are facing the beach and have a balcony beach view. Imagine waking up and seeing that scene of the beautiful Marco Island Beach and white sand. This is my personal favorite property of mine, nothing overcomes waking up to that view, but there's much more to it!

Our property is freshly renovated, luxurious, and modernly designed, with high-end furniture, brand new appliances, luxury mattresses (top-ranked brand), a smart-home system that can be controlled by voice (there's a guide with all the commands), ultra-fast internet speed (1000 MB), and many more amenities.

We're rated 5 stars on Airbnb, and marked as an exceptional property with a 100% rate of guests being extremely satisfied with the view, the cleanings, and the service.

We always make sure that our guests are comfortable during their stay and have everything they may need. We stock the fridge with new and sealed: food, spreads, drinks, alcohol, multiple welcome baskets with fruit, snacks, hygiene products, and everything you need for the perfect stay, It's all waiting for you here upon check-in :)

The property comes with weekly cleaning, by our lovely housekeeper Patricia. She will clean the condo, wash all the sheets, and make sure that the condo is spotless for you every single week.

Marco Island’s South Seas Club is an exclusive gated community encompassing four condominium associations. Condos one and two are high-rise buildings located directly on the beach, with gorgeous views of Tigertail Beach and the clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Condos three and four are mid-rise and garden apartments located on Clam Bay with beach access. All units at South Seas Club have boat slips available for rent, offering indirect access to the Gulf.


The club is bordered on the west by the beautiful Gulf, on the east by Clam Bay, and on the north by an impressive natural mangrove preserve. Because of this unique location, nothing else will be built around the property, and privacy is assured.


South Seas Club is the only gated community on Marco Island that features both waterfront/boat condos and beachfront condos. It offers all the amenities of a tropical island resort, with lush landscaping on an expansive property protected by round-the-clock security entrances.




The South Seas Towers 1 & 2 were built on Marco Island in 1980. With 19 stories and 430 units, amenities include an activity and social room, a resort style heated pools, fitness room, 6 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, bocce, a putting green, shuffleboard, along with covered parking for owners, open parking for guests, 24-hour security, 36 kayak racks, and a 134 slip boat dock. Tower 2 hosts an 800 sq. ft. social room with an attached catering kitchen that can be reserved for gatherings.

Outdoor grills are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the outer parking lot areas of each tower, complete with propane brills. The lobbies in both Towers 1 & 2 offer sitting areas that provide internet service. South Seas West is situated at the northern end of the seven mile beach, next to Tigertail Park.


The two towers are separated into two distinct condo associations. One being South Seas West (1 & 2) and South Seas Northwest (3 & 4). Both fall under the umbrella of the South Seas Club. Because they are two different condo associations, they have individual by-laws; the main difference being the rental periods that are allowed.


Towers one and two operate as monthly rentals, while towers three and four allow weekly rentals for investment purposes. All units offer two bedrooms, two baths, and lovely balconies, with a choice of a tower residence on the beachside, a mid-rise condo on the bay, or a charming villa. All four towers were built with similar floor plans and can be renovated to your specific tastes. There is a laundry room on each floor for convenience, with 24/7 tower cleaning and maintenance.
