As a homeowners who rent their homes it is important to provide the most cost effective way to make our homes available to guests. Many of the "bigger" players such as Homeaway, VRBO, TripAdvisor, Airbnb and others now charge guests "BOOKING FEES" which is resulting in guests paying up to 20% more for their vacation than they have to. The pool and lanai are amazing
We loved the house! The outdoor area is amazing. The lanai with the electric screen makes the day fun with open access to the pool, hot tub and water then during the evening we’d close it for games. The kitchen is a great size and made breakfast and lunches so easy with all the room and counter space. The management agency was great to work with. We’d love to visit again.

WONDERFUL HOME: AMAZING LOCATION WITH EXTRAORDINARY VIEWS
The location IS amazing. The Westerly facing views from the pool deck and the home provide sunset murals in the sky almost every night. Walking around the Lake at Makle Park just across the street from the home is a perfect place for a morning walk watching the sunrise and the amazing birds that feed and fish on the lake. The owners have provided EVERYTHING that you might need for your stay and obviously take great pride in their home. It is clean and nicely furnished. The home is fully equipped with linens, kitchen appliances, cookware, etc., etc.. We would certainly go back again.

Fantastic Spacious Holiday Home
This was our third holiday to Marco Island, and certainly the best yet. This villa ticked all the boxes for us. Everything we needed or could have wished for was here. The villa was spacious and well equipped, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. We even had a visit from a dolphin one evening. Mackle Park is just across the road and other amenities close by, (but then, nothing is far away on Marco). I would recommend this villa with no hesitation and we certainly will be back soon.

Truly Paradise!
It just doesn't get much better than this, even in Marco Island! The home is spacious, open and well appointed, but the VIEW makes all the difference in the world! We sat back and relaxed as we gazed over the infinity pool into the natural waterways on THREE sides! Our granddaughter loved to fish right off the property and caught three nice sized fish! Sunsets were fantastic, of course, and quiet evenings were amazing, as well. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub overlooking all the beautifully lit, sparkling pool and waterways and counted the stars -- and satellites! -- as they lit up the sky. The kitchen was wide open to living and entertaining spaces which made cooking fun! There was every type of dish, glass and appliance you could possibly need, and cookbooks, too! Bedrooms and baths were well furnished and linens were abundant. The yard has gorgeous flowers and fruit trees -- we sampled an orange that was so juicy and tasty that it's impossible to describe. A day at the beach was made easy by the rolling cart with beach chairs and umbrellas -- just pack and go, and we did! They really thought of EVERYTHNG and it was such a pleasure to stay -- we truly did not want to leave. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Best vacation, EVER!!!!!

Wow, thank you! We love it there too and wish we could spend more time down on Marco. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back again in the future. Jim and Ann Mardis
Absolutely perfect!
My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property. We've done several home rentals and this one is very memorable. We had another couple join us for a few days and they were very comfortable upstairs. The pool, which is amazing, was enjoyed at every moment possible. We appreciated it not being in a cage which gave us the best opportunity to enjoy the unique parcel of land it is located on. The kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils to accommodate our cooking and grilling needs. We purchased spices, olive oil and loved the Wednesday farmers market as well paradise fish market. The owner was very flexible on our dates and pleasant to work with. The real estate company handling checking in and out also made this a great experience. We cannot wait to return to Marco Island and hope to be lucky enough to spend time in this home again.

Thanks very much for your positive review! We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We get lots of positive comments on the "open concept" pool. We had a pool cage which blew away during a storm in 2005. We nearly installed a new "cage" and decided not to at the last minute. We too much prefer the open sky and are so glad we never installed the cage. You guys were great guests and we hope you'll stay with us again. Regards, Jim and Ann
Awesome
We stayed in this house over the 4th of July. Before booking it we were worried about the possibility of bugs being a problem because there is no screen over the pool. The rental rep suggested we reach out directly to the owner to see if that's an issue. We did, and he was very responsive and helpful. He assured us that bugs are not a problem and he was absolutely right. We never had an issue and it was much better to be truly outside by the pool than surrounded by screens. There is still a screened in lanai next to the pool for after dark when bugs would come out anywhere in Florida. The house was immaculate, fully stocked with all the essentials, and is in a great location. We're already planning to return.

Thanks so much for your kind review. We're really glad you enjoyed your stay. I nearly put a new pool cage over the pool after a hurricane blew the original cage away. SO glad we didn't. Hope to have you as our guests again. Jim and Ann Mardis
