This beautifully decorated and updated villa is available for monthly rentals. In the Lakeside Villas on Bahia Del Mar Blvd in St. Petersburg, Fl. This condo is right on the water lover looking the large lake in Isla Del Sol. it’s first floor location with parking right at the door gives it easy access. There are two bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and a guest bedroom with two singles. Two bathrooms, the master newly updated has a walk-in shower; the guest is also a fully bath with shower. There is also a large screened sitting area to have your coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening over looking the lake. The condos has internet available and three TVs, one in the living area and one in each bedroom. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up a gourmet meal. You won’t have to bring a thing. (Except the food, of course!)

Just pack your bathing suit and your ready for a wonderful vacation, everything else is here for you…. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The pool is an easy walk.

The area is right across the intracoastal from the beaches. The area is ideal for easy access to Saint Petersburg as well as Tampa. Disney is 90 minutes away. Sarasota is just over the Sunshine Skyway bridge. If you are not familiar with Isla Del Sol, this area is like living in Disney Land. Everything is beautifully landscaped with lakes and golf courses. There is not too much more you could ask for….

Highlights include some of the best restaurants in Florida. From steaks to seafood, the best is right here. St. Petersburg is a treasure trove of great restaurants and museums. The Dali museum is a must see. If you are familiar with the Don Cesar Hotel/Resort, you are right across the bridge. It’s worth a poolside lunch while you’re here.

On Pass a Grill, great casual dining and an unbelievable view of the sunset each evening. The Brass Monkey and the Hurricane are famous.

Lunch at the Don Cesar Hotel for special occasions is a must.
