The reviews and description are accurate; everything was just as described, and Charles was a very responsive host. The condo was a great size and in immaculate condition; the beds are wonderful. The location was perfect, just steps away from the inland. Two full bathrooms along with a washer and dryer, a plus! Walking distance to the Deck Bar and Grill and Addicted to the Bean Coffee Shop which we frequented multiple times. Can take a scenic walk over the bridge to the public beach or drive. Only 10 minutes to Fort De Soto Park which we enjoyed exploring and 15 minutes to downtown St Petersburg which has become an amazing foodie place since we were last there. We will definitely stay here again!

Feel at home on arrival, this unit sits on a beautiful serene private little beach where our grand children enjoyed perfect sunsets. 15 minutes from Fort De Soto Park’s beaches where exciting Kitesurfing or paddle boarding make you feel 25 again, I recommend this rental for a great pause specially in winter months for us northerners.

This condo felt warm, inviting, & comfortable— like a home away from home. It was perfectly clean and provided everything from cleaning supplies to pots/pans to pool towels. It made our stay seamless. Our family loved being so close to the water while having access to the wonderful pool! It’s also convenient to so many restaurants, activities, shopping and the beach! Would absolutely book again for our trip. Highly recommended- 10/10
