Downtown St. Pete renowned for world class dining and unique shopping, hop aboard the trolley and visit over 15 craft breweries within 3 miles. If golf is your thing, many public and private courses within a 10 minute drive. Take a sunset cruise over Tampa Bay or dine out on Beach Drive while watching the boats in the harbor.

Unique Benefits
A home facing Tampa Bay in St. Petersburg that also faces due WEST. That may not be as unique as a Unicorn, Big Foot, or a Hole in One, but it is almost as close. Home gets lots of Sunshine, wonderful sunsets and a view that is looking directly downtown. There is no property that has more going for it in St. Petersburg in regard to these attributes.

Favorite Places To Eat
Too many great restaurants to name. I am happy to provide guidance dependent upon your dining preferences. But i would start with Beach Drive which means i narrowed it down to about 20 LOL. There are many other options besides Beach Drive, but i feel everyone should start with Beach Drive and if they have time, try some of the other local spots.

About the owner: I have been in St. Petersburg since 1964. I could not imagine living any where else. Only time away from the Sunshine city was my time College (U of Alabama) and one LONG year in Wisconsin (Wife is from there). By default, i know plenty about our wonderful SUNNY City. Our city does hold the world record for most days with Sunshine in a row:) I live in the City with my wife of over 25+ years and our three children. The City has too many splendid restaurants to list, but as a long term permanent resident, i would be happy to share with you plenty of options from Fine Dinning, to casual peel your own shrimp establishments, to Cafe dining along Beach Drive, to live music venues, museums etc.
Why this property? Wonderful Mid-Century Terrazzo Floor home with incredible view that never gets old; wonderful Lanai facing due west with spectacular sunsets followed by a stunning view of the downtown skyline; very / extremely convenient to Beach Drive and the rest of the vibrant downtown; easy access to Tampa International Airport; about a 28 minute drive to Pass A Grille Beach or a 4 minute Drive to North Shore Beach (there are many volley ball nets at North shore Beach and a couple tennis courts and of course the North Shore Pool Complex); Very Tranquil Location; Nice Kitchen with large Gas Stove etc. etc. Home was totally re-landscaped in April (2023).
Most recently different guests have come to town for Sailing Regattas associated with the St. Petersburg Yacht Club. There will be a national championship held here in October (2023). You can see part of the race course from backyard. We have also had a number of guests that have had children competing at North Shore Pool. You can see the area by the pool and actually hear the event (depending on which way the wind is blowing) from the back yard. People competing in the St. Anthony's Triathlon as well as the St. Petersburg Grand Prix have also stayed in our home. You can't help but hear the cars in the St. Petersburg Grand Prix and our home is literally less than 300 yards from part of the St. Anthony's Race course.
