Immaculate, spacious, furnished townhouse w/ 2 BR (king size bed in one, 2 twin beds in the other), 2 full baths located on second floor.
Living/dining area, full kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washer/dryer in unit. ½ Bath on the first floor.
Linens, dishes and cookware provided. Ceiling fans, heat, A/C, 3 TV's (Samsung TV in living room with full streaming capabilities - bring your passwords!), high speed WiFi Internet, screened in covered patio lanai.
Clam Bayou Nature Reserve Park is just steps away from your front door (private gate with access key in unit). Enjoy long walks in a Nature Reserve! Bicycle/walking trail to Gulfport (2.5 miles away). Waterways with manatees, dolphins, birds, fish, and other wildlife. Very scenic.
Hidden Beach - Bermuda Bay Beach & Racquet Club Condos (a private gated community) are located in a central area with so much to do! Swimming, tanning, shelling, volleyball, fishing, tennis / pickleball courts (bring your own equipment), playground, picnic areas, shuffleboard (equipment provided, all we ask that you clean up after play), putting green (bring your own equipment), horseshoes (we ask that you clean up after play), Corn Hole (we ask that you clean up after play), walking, jogging, sunset watching, dolphin watching, bird watching, boating, snorkeling, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, club house. Nearby beaches, biking, parasailing, sailing, shopping, sightseeing, food, fast food, church, entertainment, arts, etc.
Nearby Pinellas Trail, hosts 47 miles of pavement to walk, run, bike, jog, or roller blade from downtown St. Petersburg to Clearwater! Golfing minutes away. Nearby Gulfport offers shops, restaurants, breweries, music, etc. Area hosts concerts, plays, museums, art shows, etc. Close to everything. 4.5 miles to Downtown St. Petersburg, and all the great restaurants it has to offer.

House Rules:
Sorry, no smoking anywhere in my property. No parties, No events. No pets. (Service pet may be allowed AFTER completing Board Application, fees apply). Please respect the locked “private” closets.
NOTE: Currently there are balconies under construction on adjacent condominiums, but this work does not affect this townhouse.
SPECIAL NOTE: Hurricanes Helene and Milton have affected some of the amenities on the property - notably the Bay Side Pool & Hot Tub are currently closed until repairs to the filtration equipment are completed (anticipated Jan 2025)

Nearby Gulfport offers entertainment and many dining options; monthly events in the center of town; a weekly craft market; and so many more artistic activities.
Downtime St. Petersburg is a vibrant city with dining, museums, waterfront activities etc.
Nearby Fort DeSoto park offers beautiful beaches for swimming, shelling, walking etc.
Lastly, St. Pete Beach is a short drive away. Entertainment, dining, beaches, etc. A destination in itself. NOTE: Hurricanes Helene and Milton have affected the beaches, BUT they are open in select parking areas.

Notes:
Association requires a lease application fee of $100, paid directly to them once a reservation is made, a lease must be completed a minimum of 5 Days prior to check in and the fee must be paid. Parking permits (1 included with the $1000 lease fee) MUST also be obtained from the Association office upon arrival and a $10/car (MAXIMUM 2 cars) payable to the Association.

About the host: I purchased Bermuda Bay for my future "snow birding" phase of my life. I reside at the Jersey (New Jersey) Shore currently, and just love being near the ocean or any tidal waterway.
Being so far away, I do have professional management for this unit, where you will meet to pick up the keys and the electronic gate entry card. (ALL fees paid by ME, the owner).
Why this property? Bermuda Bay Beach and Racquet club is an established community that has a unique setting. The location is accessible to so much that St Petersburg has to offer. With our 2 heated pools and private Bay beach, you really do not have to leave the community for swimming. Our sunset views over the Boca Ciega Bay are MAGNIFICENT!
The community is safe and secure with a fully key card activated gate. We have a secure gate to the adjacent Clam Bayou Preserve with keys provided within the unit for your easy access to enjoy the preserve. Within the preserve are walking/biking trails that can take you nearby Gulfport
Lastly, the residents here (both owners and other renters) are just so friendly. With the swimming pools as the central meeting place, you will quickly strike up a conversation with the other swimmers.
