Notes:

The maximum number of Guest staying in the unit is 4. Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises including, but not limited to, any missing or damaged furniture, fixtures or appliances, stains on furniture or bedding and scuff marks on walls. The Guest(s) agree to compensate the Owners for the cost to replace, fix or clean any such damages caused to the unit during their occupancy. A valid credit card will be kept on file for any damages.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed inside the premises. Guest will be charged a minimum $300.00 fee should it be determined that smoking has occurred or pets have entered the premises during their stay.

A $500 reservation Deposit (paid by credit card) is required at time of booking. Total balance due 90 days before occupancy.

Owner may require a minimum stay in excess of 30 days during the peak seasonal winter months. Also, there is no discount given off the nightly published rates during the period January through April.

About the owner: I'm a tax accountant stuck in the northeast over the winter months. What better way to enjoy all that St Pete has to offer than to own a beautiful condo in the most desirable area of Isla Del Sol.

I hope to find a snowbird(s) that can really enjoy the area all during the winter months (i.e. my tax season) and I look forward to establishing a yearly relationship with whomever is lucky enough to get out of the cold. Of course it's always available during other times of the year.

Very nice condo,quiet and relaxing

Close to beach,close to the very nice park of fort De Soto. Gréât place to stay.You can take your bike and roll for miles and miles

Very nice Condo on a man made lake

This is a very nice two bedroom condo with two baths and a full size washer and dryer. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and all the linnen needed for a complete stay. The view from the deck is awesome overlooking the water and a fountain that also has colorful lights at night. The one thing that could be improved on would be the furniture on the deck. I would definatelly rent it again but I would like to stay longer. This rental was for two months, I need at least one more month to completely enjoy the surroundings and the nice neighbors.

Location, location, location

The location in lovely Bahia Del Mar is amazing! This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is well equipped with everything that you need for a month's stay. We particularly loved the screened porch and the large deck overlooking the water. The pool/hot tub are both close by and the (heated) pool temperature is perfect. There are nice areas in the complex to walk. And, you're located close to Publix, CVS, and other necessities. Bill, the owner, is fantastic to work with. From signing the contract last year to giving me tips on area restaurants, he is always there and, if you have a question about the unit, he responds immediately. Great place

Beautiful views and close to the Beach!

Love the beautiful views of the lake and the close location to the Beach and shopping. Great space in this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Just pack your toothbrush! Loved the ground floor location...no elevators. Easy in and out. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely relaxing setting

This is an outstanding condo in a great development. The large deck made the condo seem even larger. The condo is quiet and has a lovely view over the lake and we enjoyed outstanding sunsets. The pool is well maintained as is the hot tub and they both overlook the water. I was fortunate to have an extended stay here. The owner was very accommodating.
