The maximum number of Guest staying in the unit is 4. Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises including, but not limited to, any missing or damaged furniture, fixtures or appliances, stains on furniture or bedding and scuff marks on walls. The Guest(s) agree to compensate the Owners for the cost to replace, fix or clean any such damages caused to the unit during their occupancy.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed inside the premises. Guest will be charged a minimum $300.00 fee should it be determined that smoking has occurred or pets have entered the premises during their stay.
Owner reserves the right to require a minimum stay in excess of 30 days during peak seasonal winter months.

About the owner: I'm a tax accountant stuck in the northeast over the winter months. What better way to enjoy all that St Pete has to offer than to own a beautiful condo in the most desirable area of Isla Del Sol.
I hope to find a snowbird(s) that can really enjoy the area all during the winter months (i.e. my tax season) and I look forward to establishing a yearly relationship with whomever is lucky enough to get out of the cold. Of course it's always available during other times of the year.
