1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, first story Condo/Studio directly on the beach. Large patio with pavered deck to enjoy the best sunsets on Anna Maria. Seat on your shaded porch and enjoy the Florida's native vegetation that surround our property including the protected Sea Oates and if lucky the occasional turtle nest. 4 chairs and a table are provided for your deck area, as well as 2 chase lounges for your sun bathing enjoyment.
Unit has been updated with all new Stainless Steel kitchen appliances and new furniture and bedding throughout. The unit has a queen bed in the BR and a pull out couch in the FR. This unit has 2 flat screen TV'S and 2 window AC/HEAT units. Small 8x20 heated pool on site. The BBQ/patio area on the property provides a new custom made built SS double charcoal grill and gas grill for your cooking enjoyment.Charcoal and fuel are NOT PROVIDED. There is a gas exchange tank available if that is your preference .Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!! This unit has LOW CEILING and some areas of the studio/apartment may not appropriate for guests 6'2 or taller . Parking available for ONE CAR ONLY.

This property is a smaller building and has lower ceilings, but it was not bothersome for me. I enjoyed a solo trip and the beach access was amazing! I loved being able to wake up and walk a few steps to the beach! The unit was very clean and I had great communication throughout my stay.

Clean, comfortable space for two people in a fantastic location. The staff is very responsive. Bed was excellent, the sofa was also very comfortable. Nice, new kitchen appliances. We wouldn’t recommend the unit for four people.
