About the owner: Native of Tampa Florida, relocated to Saint Petersburg in1998 and it was then that I purchased this home. I have loved living and working in this area for the past 24 years and now would like to broaden my horizons so to speak by getting away myself for a bit! I am the third owner occupant of this house built in1953. I am happy to report that the house is solid as a rock and has needed little in the way of repairs, mainly routine repairs. All appliances and air conditioning system within 5 years old. New windows to be placed by the end of May.

Why this property? Home is on corner lot and one half. Large fenced yard. Close to Tampa and located between gulf beaches and downtown Saint Petersburg
