Nice and quiet residential street in beautiful Longboat Key. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom sits on a water canal. Newly remodeled and furnished with a farmhouse coastal decor offering two bedrooms on the second floor with a king sized bed and 45” TV in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The linen closet is stocked with beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with all brand new appliances: microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as all of your kitchen essentials such as coffee machine, toaster, blender, pots and pans and even an air fryer!.
The living area and master bedroom feature sliding glass doors to the canal. Wake up and step out into the balcony overseeing the canal and breath in the tropical breeze while listening to the palms sway. Have morning coffee or tea in our patio table and keep an eye open for the marine life that tends to drift down the canal. The living room has a smart 65” TV and we offer 600 MBPS fast speed free internet perfect for working remotely.
Take a short walk to the deeded white sandy beaches with crystalline waters in the Gulf of Mexico and catch the most breathtaking and very private sunsets. We include in our rental beach gear such as umbrella with chairs, small cooler, boogie board and paddle rackets. You are welcome to use our beach wagon.
This Condo is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to the beautiful Joan M Durante Park, featuring trails, large gazebo with a lake, deck overseeing the Sarasota Bay and a playground. We are a short 5 min walk from Harry’s Restaurant, Harry’s Deli and a convenience store with all essentials for your stay as well as a Bike and Kayak rental. Eight (8) minute drive from Publix, fifteen (15) min drive from St Armand’s Circle. There are plenty of local amazing restaurants to choose from. Welcome to this little Paradise!!.

Phil N.Six Weeks In Paradise
We spent the holidays and January in this wonderful and well-appointed condo on LBK. Our daughter from St. Pete joined us for Christmas and a few other weekends. We couldn’t have been more comfortable. Most days were in the upper 60s and 70s, and with a warm FL sun it made for nice beach weather. The condo has everything you need for the beach except sun block! Great restaurants are nearby and we had a great place to relax in the evenings. We were often entertained on the patio by curious egrets and herons. We biked and walked LBK almost every day as well. Gerardo and Vanesqua couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. They did everything they could to make our stay great!

Diana S.Loved 'Our' Home for a Month!
Sometimes we hesitate to give a great review because we're selfish. We don't want to share a great find! First off, the owners could not of been nicer. Nice goes a long way with us. Secondly, clean is at the top of our 'must-haves' and we can say it was clean without any hesitation! Third, our stay needs to be comfortable and we knew that as soon as we walked in! We're beach people and the walk is doable. Especially nice and close to go back and watch the sunsets. We also like to walk in the mornings and the community park 'next-door' is wonderful. The home is well-equipped with everything you need! The only comment my husband would make would be more available TV channels. Several channels he watches were unavailable. Not a total loss because he was able to watch on his iPad using the WiFi provided ️ We loved this home and hope anyone who stays will also treat it with love and kindness.
