This ground floor waterfront condo located in a gated community of Longboat Harbour and is one of Longboat Keys most desirable social communities. This one bedroom, one bathroom, first floor unit has walkout access to Sarasota Bay where you often see dolphins and manatees from your lanai. This unit is completely furnished which includes a king sized bed in the master bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room sleeping four people comfortably. This unit also includes 2 TV’s, internet and cable. The kitchen has been completely renovated providing an open concept living, it includes granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This complex is in a gated community with boat docks available to accommodate a boat up to 34 ft.
Longboat Harbour is a social community includes four heated swimming pools, fitness centre with sauna, tennis courts, billiard room, rec hall, putting green, bikes and fishing dock. Longboat Harbour includes private beach access on the Gulf of Mexico includes a private pavilion which has storage, showers, water fountains, and private parking.
Area Information
Longboat Key is conveniently situated between Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key! These islands have so many different things to offer- beaches, golf courses, biking trails, etc.
Longboat Harbour is centrally located on Longboat Key, close to lots of cafés, restaurants, grocery store, and amenities.
Longboat Key restaurants include: Zota Beach Club (0.3 miles) Blue Dolphin Café (1.3 miles), Euphemia Haye Restaurant (1.5 miles), Harry’s Continental Kitchen (1.6 miles), MarVista Restaurant and Pub (4 miles) or The Dry Dock Waterfront Grill (5 miles)
Some attractions include: Mote Aquarium (6 miles), St. Armand’s Circle (7 miles), Marie Selby Botanical Gardens (10 miles), Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall (10 miles) or John and Mable Ringling Museum Complex (13 miles).

This was a perfectly cozy and comfortable January retreat. The unit delivered on everything promised and the condo complex amenities could be among the best that LB Key has to offer. Truly great access to a wonderful stretch of beach. Haley and Mike were great to work with and dedicated to seeing that we had a great experience. A five star rating is well deserved.

This was our first stay visiting the Gulf side of Florida, and it certainly didn't disappoint us. When we first opened the door to this unit, a beautiful view through the all glassed back wall as soon as you enter, instantly made you feel like your home. A clean, well maintained and appointed place to stay. One of the four relaxing pools is nearby, which was a favorite hangout place for us, as we occasionally watched the manatees playfully swim the peaceful harbour. The forever white sand beach is only a 5 to 10 minute stroll from our front door. The property grounds were very clean and maintained. If you need a break from the beautiful kitchen that is here, there are numerous restaurants available nearby. Communication with the owner was flawless. Thank you, Haley! We will definitely be coming back.

I was lucky enough to be able to stay in this beautiful home. I would come back in a heart beat and I recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on long boat key. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, a home away from home. It has many amenities and there is a lot to do around here. The back looks out onto water and if you walk across the street you come to the beach! Perfectly placed Thank you again for letting us stay in your home! We will be returning next year
