Another Day in Paradise

Ahh, just “Another Day in Paradise!”

This beautiful home is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation!

When you walk in on the top floor you will instantly see the magical views thanks to the large windows that face the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious living area upstairs is equipped with a large flat screen tv. It is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The fully stocked kitchen and dining room are just off of the living area. The dining table seats 8. There is a high top table set for 2 just off the kitchen. Perfect for taking in the sunrise with a cup of coffee! Outside the dining room is a spacious patio with tons of lounging options for when you are ready to soak up the sun or wind down the day with a glass of vino.

The top floor you will find two bedrooms. The primary bedroom and bathroom are just off of the living room. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed and its own patio for when you want a little privacy outdoors. The bathroom has a massive jet tub, perfect for unwinding from a long day on the beach or a busy day shopping Historic Downtown St. Augustine. There is also a walk in shower and two separate sink vanities.

In the dining room you will see two sliding wood doors along the west wall. Open those doors to find a guest room fitted with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.

Downstairs consist of the three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower tub combo. The first bedroom holds 2 twin beds, perfect for kids or single adults. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and is closest to the bathroom. Walk past the laundry room to find bedroom three. This bedroom houses 2 twin beds and 1 queen. All three bedrooms downstairs have access to a covered patio and the backyard.

The backyard is fully fenced which is perfect for those that like to travel with their pups! Simply exit through the gate to find the walking path to the beach! There is an outside shower-perfect for rinsing the sand off and showering the pups!

There are many activities in the areas in and around South Ponte Vedra. St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, is home to many tourist attractions such as guided carriage rides, historic landmarks, the Fountain of Youth, and many more. There is plenty of shopping, dining, and nightlife in St. Augustine as well. There are several concerts in the outdoor amphitheater each month, as well as live music at some of the local waterfront restaurants such as the Conch House.

A short, scenic drive north from Another Day in Paradise will take you to posh Ponte Vedra and Sawgrass. Here you will find many elegant dining choices, upscale boutiques, cigar stores, and fine jewelry shoppes. Sawgrass is home to the PGA’s annual TPC golf tournament.

Less than one hour away is downtown Jacksonville, where you can catch a NFL Jacksonville Jaguars game, dine or shop at the St. Johns Town Center, or take in the sights at the Jacksonville Zoo.

If you are into outdoor activities, there are plenty of options to choose from. There are many types of fishing in the area including: surf fishing right from your beach, intracoastal fishing trips, and offshore full day excursions. There are kayaking trips available in St. Augustine as well as horseback riding, cycling, and hiking trails.

Do you golf? If so, pack your clubs because there are dozens of beautiful golf courses in the area. The World Golf Village is host to two marvelous 18 hole courses, an 18 hole putting course, and the World Golf Hall of Fame. St. Augustine has several public and semi-private courses as well as dozens of courses in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and Jacksonville Beach. There are many dining choices in the area as well. Be sure to check out some local fare at two nearby waterfront restaurants: The Reef and Caps. Both are just a few minutes south of Another Day in Paradise.
