SANDY DUNES

Welcome to "Sandy Dunes"! We are located in the quiet neighborhood of South Ponte Vedra Beach, just 15 minutes north of historic St. Augustine. This beautiful, oceanfront home was lovingly remodeled in the fall of 2017. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is perfect for mid-sized groups, as it can sleep up to 8. We do have two other vacation rentals on either side of this one, if you need to sleep more people!

When you walk into the main living area of the house on the 2nd floor, you will be greeted with vibrant colors, beachy chic design, and amazing views of the ocean. On the main floor, you will find the open living room and eat-in kitchen. Both are designed with friends and family in mind. Whether you are in the kitchen, preparing your favorite meal, or watching a movie in the living room, the open floor plan allows everyone to stay connected. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef could desire, and features stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, and a huge pantry. Thanks to the large windows, the living room is flooded with natural light, and features a beautiful wood ceiling, and warm hardwood floors. Two sofas surround the TV and offer a great place to gather. The built-in book shelf is full of books and games for you to enjoy. There is a powder room on this level as well. Outside, you will find a large wrap-around deck, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze or working on your tan!
