Welcome to "Sandy Toes"!

When you walk in the front door, you will know that you have found your beach home away from home! With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, Sandy Toes is perfect for just about any group. The house underwent major renovations in 2018; completed in the Spring of 2019. If you have stayed here before, you will notice that the floor plan is still the same, offering the welcoming living/dining areas that overlook the dunes and the ocean. The dining table seats 8 and there is bar seating at the kitchen for 4 more. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything your vacationing chef could ask for. The living room has new furniture gathered around the large flat screen TV. Speaking of TVs, every bedroom has one, too! At Sandy Toes, we provide a gas grill, beach chairs, towels, and more to make you feel right at home.

One of the most important upgrades since the renovation is the change of bed choices upstairs. Sandy Toes now features four bedrooms with king beds! This makes it perfect for multiple couples. All of the beds have plush pillows, comfy, clean sheets, and colorful bed covers. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a large closet and full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. Two of them are on the ocean side of the house and have views of the Atlantic. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combination. We still have the bunk room for the kids. Located on the first floor, the bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle pullout.

Off of the living room, you will find a spacious deck, nestled into the dune. Here you can work on your tan in one of our lounge chairs, or enjoy lunch with the gang at the picnic table. Have a long day of shopping in St. Augustine? Relax those tired muscles in our large hot tub! The hot tub is maintained weekly and is a great way to relax, day or night. At Sandy Toes, most pets are welcome! We now have a fully fenced pet yard on the south side if the house, so your pooch has a safe, comfortable grassy area to stretch his legs. We do ask that you clean up after your pets.

If you have had enough time in the sand, load up the crew and head to historic St. Augustine. Located just 15 minutes south, St. Augustine has countless shops, restaurants, and plenty of sight seeing. Did you know that St. Augustine is the nation's oldest city? Centrally located in S. Please note: Holiday up-charges apply for New Years, Easter, 4th of July, FL/GA weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Weekly minimum rentals required for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. 4 night minimum for Florida/Georgia game weekend. $500 up-charge applies to all of these holidays, except Florida/Georgia game weekend. For Florida/Georgia game weekend, please add $75/night to the nightly rate.

Please note: Under Amenities, it is listed as having "Communal Pool". This refers to the pools at the Serenata Beach Club (). Guests have the option of joining the club during their stay. There is a separate fee associated with this (around $300). Please inquire for more details.
