Located in South Ponte Vedra Beach “Blissful Beach” is just minutes from the historic downtown St. Augustine. With three levels to the house, you will find there is ample room to spread out and unwind after a long day of fun in the sun.

The entrance of this split-level home gives you the option to go to the 1st or 2nd floor. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a twin day bed. Bedroom two has a full-size bed. Need some time to yourself? Just beyond the bedrooms there is also a cozy sunroom that overlooks the back yard and the sandy dunes that lead you to the beach. The sunroom has a kitchenette and a queen size sleeper sofa.
The second floor is ideal for gathering all your friends and family. Cooking has never been easier, with a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with an island in the middle. The kitchen then opens into a large living/dining area with some of the best views of the Atlantic. The dining area has a table for 6 and bar top seating for 4 more. There is also a small office area on this floor for those who have to bring their work on vacation.

On the third floor you will find the two “master” bedrooms. The west bedroom has a great view of the marsh and the intercoastal that lay directly across from A1A. This room also has a bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The bedroom on the east side of the house also has some breathtaking views of the ocean. This room also has a massive bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large jet tub. Both rooms hold a large king bed with the west bedroom also holding a twin daybed.
