Our beautiful home sits at the end of a canal with western views towards the inter-coastal. The sunsets are amazing. A major renovation of the indoor and outdoor living areas and kitchen were completed in November 2020. Two master bedrooms with balconies plus one additional bedroom. Den has twin day beds. Re-decorated living, dining and TV areas, eat-in kitchen, and office. Great neighborhood. Walk or easy bike ride to Atlantic Avenue, shops, and restaurants. We lease to SINGLE FAMILY occupancy for Seasonal rentals and multi weeks only. Bookings are for a maximum of 8 related family members.

This house is all we dream for an excellent holiday trip. We have 2 kids, 13 and 10, and we all enjoy the house and the life in the neighborhood. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has all the needed, it's really a beautiful space in the house and was a pleasure to use it. The view and the peace in the pool was wonderful. Every detail of the house was really good (towels, dishes, sheets, beach accessories, fishing, ..) I really recommend the house and the owner was really openly in this COVID era to be prepare for every detail and possibility that can occur.
