Trick or treat! Halloween is quickly approaching. Looking for something spooky or maybe a kid-friendly option? Florida has so many festive choices. We found 10 things you will want to add to your bucket list no matter what you are looking for! Most of these events are annual and some are even open year-round!

Along with the scary attractions, we also listed some local favorite pumpkin patches and a fantastic bakery for some fun Halloween treats!

Mortem Manor Haunted Attraction (Kissimmee)

Mortem Manor is the area’s only haunted house that is open year-round. This old Victorian has two floors of thrills and chills! This haunted attraction has live actors, animatronics and state-of-the-art special effects. If you love to be scared, this is the house for you!

History and Haunts in Yesteryear Village is a spooky thrill you will not want to miss! This is a unique experience with guided tours including the use of paranormal equipment. War Party Paranormal leads these tours and does an incredible job of keeping all participants on their toes!

Candy’s Cake Pops (Boca Raton)

Candy’s makes creative and delicious treats for any occasion. Their specialty is cake pops. They have all kinds of flavors and creations. It’s amazing the amount of detail they can get on a stick! Currently they have all kinds of special halloween ones and are accepting custom orders. These can be perfect for any party. Like they say “there’s always room for a cake pop.”

Mr. Jack O’ Lanterns Pumpkin Patch (Boca Raton)

This pumpkin patch offers an exceptional family experience. They have everything including pumpkin picking, games and activities, pumpkin carving, mazes and so much more! It is the perfect fall day activity.

Scream n’ Stream (Orlando)

This drive-thru haunted house has a terrifying reputation for a reason. Get ready to be scared! The set-up is unique, which makes them stand out from the rest. There is a 20-minute haunted ride on terrifying roads, as well as, “the haunted lobby” an insane fog pit of fright.

Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park (Dade City)

This horror park takes fear to the next level! There are 6 attractions with chills and thrills beyond belief. The attractions are interactive and you have to be 18+ to mark yourself as wanting to interact with the creepy creatures lurking inside. There is also a food park and beer garden to check out.

Haunt Nights (Jacksonville)

Haunted houses and 3D? Oh my! This wild theme park has 4 haunted houses to explore and one of the biggest 3D haunts in the area. Get ready to be terrified.

A Petrified Forest (Altamonte Springs)

You have to see this place to believe it! The Petrified Forest takes a dark twist on mother nature with 3 realms: water, land and sky. You can get a ticket to get in, but can you get out?

The Haunted Road (Orlando)

This drive-thru halloween experience is well-known for its intense spine chilling thrills. There are serial killers, phantoms and everything in between that is scary. Once you have been sufficiently scared there is the Afterlife Party. This is an experience not to miss!
