Top 9 Seafood Dives + Fish Shacks in Florida

Le Tub (Hollywood)

This cool local spot was once an old gas station and has everything you would want in a great restaurant.  Unique decor, fantastic food and a perfectly relaxed vibe. The gumbo is out of this world, but if you are not in the mood for seafood their hamburger is also highly acclaimed and very tasty.

JB’s Fish Camp (New Smyrna Beach)

Everything fried here is amazing. The back patio has a great view of the water and there are even spots to dock your boat. This place is about as dive classic as it gets with the funky decor and dirt parking lot. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t be fooled, the food is amazing and the service is great too.

Keys Fisheries (Marathon)

In the mood for some phenomenal seafood with a twist like stone crab soup, conch fritters or lobster Reuben – then this fun fish market is where you need to try next! This place has some of the best water views and most gorgeous sunsets. Get ready for a “question of the day” and a tray full of food.

Aunt Kate’s Restaurant (St. Augustine)

This favorite local spot has fantastic water views, great food and history being around for 100 years! The Gator tail and fried green tomatoes are standouts on the menu, but you will honestly want to try everything.

High Tides at Snack Jack (Flagler Beach)

This cool surfer spot has laid back vibes and some of the freshest seafood around. The views are great outside or inside, so you can’t go wrong with where you sit. The shrimp tacos are yummy,  the bloody mary’s are unique and the atmosphere is all around a good time.

JT’s Seafood Shack (Palm Coast)

Nothing can beat the fun vibe at this low key fish shack. They offer amazingly fresh seafood, live music, curious decor along with some thirst quenching beers. Enjoy the steamer bucket or really anything on the menu!

The Old Salty Dog (Siesta Key, City Island + Venice Island)

This favorite spot is just like “old Florida” in all the best ways. The fish sandwich is fantastic and the water views on the deck can’t be beat!

The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House (Panama City Beach + Destin)

This place has beautiful views and the perfect location. The gumbo is beyond good and packed full of seafood. The “amberjack” fish sandwiches are their signature and of course you can’t forget the key lime pie.

Palms Fish Camp Restaurant (Jacksonville)

Palm is known to only serve wild-caught seafood sourced from local fishermen. You can’t get fresher than that! The large deck has great views and the all around experience here is A+.
