This large 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo, located on Collier Boulevard, just south of San Marco Road, is just steps away from the beautiful white sands of Marco Island Beach. In fact, Residents Beach is right across the street. Public beach access is 5 minutes away. Our recently renovated unit is up to date and comfortable. It features a king bed in the master with twin beds in the guestroom. Huge walk-in closets in both bedrooms offer plenty of storage. Tile floors throughout. Updated TV's in all rooms, wireless internet, beautiful pool and tennis on-site. Fully stocked to feel like home, with loads of amenities, from kitchenware to beach chairs, this place has it all. If you are tired of waiting for elevators and parking a mile away at some high rise condo, then Beachview is for you! Parking is right outside your front door. Beachview is just a short walk to the J.W. Marriott and Hilton Hotels, many good restaurants and shops. Ask us about off-season discounts.
It's all about the location. If you like the beach, then you have come to the right place! Beachview is right across the street from the beach. No more driving around looking for a place to park. Just walk out your front door, cross the street and feel the sand on your feet! We have everything for the beach, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, coolers, bocci ball and even a beach coffee table! We are also within walking distance to many great restaurants including DaVinci's, 2 Sheay's Salty Dog, The Oyster Society and others.
Favorite Places To Eat
We love DaVinci's for Italian. Excellent wood fired pizza and possibly the best veal marsala on the planet. Also in the same area is Marco Prime, with it's excellent outside bar. If you like sports, try Salty Dog, also with an outside bar. All of these and more are within walking distance.
Try the deep fried lobster at Capri Fish House. Decadent for sure but oh boy, what a treat.

About the owner: Carrie and Terry live in Dublin, Ohio and fell in love with Marco Island. We still work 'up north', so while you sit at the pool or on the beach, we are busy building the economy. Some day we will get to spend the winter here too.
Why this property? It's all about location. Beachview is right across the street from the beach. It takes 7 minutes to get there walking. It's also only about a 15 minute walk to several good restaurants (DaVinci's is our favorite). Finally, our unit faces Collier Blvd. That provides more privacy than the pool side units.

We made a last minute decision to get away, and what a find! This condo is perfect - clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked and is a short easy walk to the beach. Sunny and beautiful weather. Owner was great to work with, responded quickly to any question we had. We had an awesome vacation, thanks for letting us rent your condo.
