Situated in the third row from the beach, this gorgeous custom-built new home offers the luxury and comfort that will surely make you feel at home the minute you arrive. Spanning 4,200 sq. ft, its elegance expands the entire 2400 sq. ft. of air-conditioned, modern living space for your enjoyment. The dramatic open floor plan features 12 foot tray ceilings, all tiled floor and large pocket glass slider doors that open into the screened lanai where a beautiful, large swimming pool awaits you. The house features granite counter tops, stainless steel fixtures and appliances for that modern look.
Allow yourself to relax and read a favorite book in our cozy formal living room/den. There is a formal dining for your distinguished guests. The large great room provides all your entertainment needs as you relax in our new, soft leather sofas. Overlooking the pool through a set of large glass windows, the breakfast room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances offer everything you need for your daily use. This house can comfortably accommodate 6 people maximum. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the guest suite has a queen bed. Your kids in the lanai can be supervised from all the main rooms. The home gave us what we needed for the most part but was not luxurious. 2 of the 4 TVs would not work and could not be easily problem solved by the owners. They wanted us to have a handyman come over. The two TVs that required a login to Netflix etc. It was nice having more space for our family of 6 compared to what a hotel offered. We appreciated the wagon, umbrella, beach chairs and beach toys. There is a coffee maker and coffee, too. The pool was clean. Would have been better if we had at least one king bed.

Our family of 6 stayed in The Montego Home over Christmas week. Upon arrival the home was clean, roomy, and pool was warm. When we headed to the beach we could use the wagon, cooler, beach chairs, and a beach bag. This was so handy! The beach was just a few blocks walk, and we realized a very short walk the other direction took us to shops and restaurants in a fun little area! The only thing we were disappointed in was that the master is listed to have a king size bed, and it’s a queen! We definitely will stay here again as it suited all of our needs!

We started our mornings by the pool and lanai, continued our days with lunch in the beautiful kitchen and breakfast bar and finished our days in the spacious living area with the most comfortable leather couches! We rented bikes but never needed them as restaurants, the Marriott and the beach were an easy walk away! Denise and Cheryl - you guys are fabulous to deal with and we hope to see you again next year! Thank you!

We did not get to take this trip due to the virus situation. It was no problem to call and reschedule for September. Thank you for taking care of everything so easy. We are sad we could not visit this spring, but knowing we are all set for September is great to look forward to. See you soon.

Francine S.Annual Marco vacation
My vacation this April 2019 with family and friends at 951 Montego Ct. was quite enjoyable. The home was immaculate upon my arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and essentials. The living room TV was a bit tricky to get working until I figured out new batteries were needed in the remote. A couple additional pool lounge chairs would have been appreciated since there were only 2 provided. The short walk to the beach and shops was no problem. The bikes were an added amenity! I highly recommend this home for those interested in luxury living during their Marco stay.
