Enjoy beautiful Marco Island while staying at L9 Sunshine in Sea Breeze South (yes, the pink condos!) L9 is on the 2nd floor of the Linda building overlooking the amazing pool and faces west so you can admire those breathtaking Marco Island sunsets.
L9 Sunshine is a 1 bed / 1 bath, 2nd floor condo. Sea Breeze South has a wonderful community of people and renters. It also has some of the nicest landscaping and one of the largest heated pools on the island! Play shuffleboard or cook out on the available gas grills. Weekly Bingo night is held at the clubhouse during season. Parking lot and laundry room facility is located right next to the condo building. Walk across the street to enjoy a great meal and drinks at Sami’s, Doreen’s, Joey’s, and many other restaurants.
The public beach access is about 1 mile south on Collier Blvd. You can walk or you can drive and park directly across the street from public beach access.
Tigertail Beach is north from the condo with available parking.
Only non-smokers and no pets.

Notes:
Application fee is waived if you have stayed at Sea Breeze South in the past three years with a previously approved application. The application requires all adults to sign a background check disclosure and provide copies of their ID or driver's license. Vohlr Corporation is the name of the association, and they manage several properties in Marco Island and Naples. Keep in mind the Application may take up to three weeks to complete.
Tax includes 7% Florida tax and 5% Collier County tax. Taxes must be disclosed in the ad per tax code.
Full payment is due 90 days before occupancy date. Cancellation with full refund up to 90 days before occupancy date. If I can re-rent the property when the cancellation is under the 90 day window, I will refund the amount less the difference, if any. For example, if I re-rent for $400 less, then I will return your funds less $400.
All funds are due if reservations are made within 90 days of occupancy.
Payment methods accepted are: Personal Check, Bank Draft (from Canada), and Zelle. *All transfer fees are the responsibility of the renter.
All inquiries are answered in the order received.
