This bright and private 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit on the first floor (no elevator to wait for) overlooking the pool is located on the south end of the Island at the Essex Condominium. This condo has several amenities such as free wi-fi, tennis court and pool (with plenty of chaise loungers to soak up some of the beautiful weather.) If you feel like going to the beach The Essex is not far at all - about 5-7 minutes walking, biking and even less time if you have a vehicle. Beach items such as beach towels, chairs, and umbrella are provided for guests. The Essex is also not far from restaurants, movie theater, mini golf,shops and much more. This condo has newer appliances including washer and dryer, Master bedroom has a queen bed and the master bath has double sinks and a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds and the guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo as well as a single vanity.
