1255 sq. ft. The Land's End four-story buildings are an exclusive gated community, have Mediterranean architecture and are almost completely surrounded by water. On the west side by the Gulf of Mexico, at the east side by the Blind Pass and at the south where Blind Pass joins the Gulf of Mexico.
Our condominium is a two bedroom, two bathroom, corner unit on the top fourth floor (has an additional daybed with trundle, in total six beds) overlooking the Blind Pass channel (with all the luxury boats passing by). Recently our condo has been completely renovated (new kitchen, new bath, new windows).

Other than the beach front condos this bay front condo has a nice cool shade on the balcony in the normally hot afternoons and it has a spectacular view to the city of St. Petersburg at night. At the same time, it is only a few steps to the beach. With 1255 square feet, this condominium is one of the largest in Land's End and this rare corner floor plan is located in just a few of the property's ten building but you get it normally for the same price as the smaller units. Enjoy the boardwalks around the buildings and watch the fantastic sunsets over the Gulf on one of the most wonderful beaches in Florida !

There are so many swim and other sport activities at one spot : A few steps from your condo and you are at the beach or in our wonderful swimming pool. But there are also two tennis courts, a volleyball court, table-tennis and shuffleboard.
Land's End is a peninsula at the southern tip of Treasure Island. Restaurants and shops are nearby. To the International Airport of Tampa it is a 45 minutes drive.

Great location right on the beach. Large heated pool with plenty of loungers. Large condo ,very clean with all amenities. Very friendly staff . Amazing job done cleaning up after the recent hurricanes. Eugene Fitzgerald.

Watched the sunrise every morning over Blinds Pass, then every evening crossed over to Gulf to watch beautiful sunsets. The condo has open windows and comfortable furniture, although it could use more supplies in the kitchen.
