The minimum rental age in our homes is 25 years unless a parent or guardian will be present throughout the stay.
We do not allow pets in our homes.
We only rent our homes on a short term basis (max. rental period is 27 nights).
Security/Damage Deposit:
Option 1 - A non-refundable one time fee of $44.95 for the Property Protection Plan, which cover any accidents up to $1,500.00. This fee can be paid with any major credit card.
Option 2: Pay per check or money order a refundable $500.00 deposit and a refund will be processed within 7 business days after your departure as long as no damages were found inside the home.
Unfortunately, reservations placed less than 48 hours prior to arrival cannot be processed.

Good location and the property was nice and well maintained. Only a few things were lacking extra trash bags bathroom items soap erc. Small things like liquid dishwashing liquid. However overall things were good.

This home is located in a beautiful gated subdivision. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. This home is beautiful both on the outside and inside. Very nice pool and pool deck area. Very large open living room/kitchen/dining room combination area. Cozy leather couch and loveseat in the living room area. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet and dresser storage. I definitely would go back in the future.*NOTE* The only thing I saw negative about the place was some rain damage and mold buildup in the living room bay window and some paint discoloration/damage in the ceiling area just above the bay window caused by water.

We stayed in the Emerald Island resort, 8541 La Isla Drive. We had an awesome time at this spacious Beautiful decorated home. There were 3 couples and we each had our own little nook in the home, the floorplan was perfect for us. Loved the gaming room with 2 tv's and a couch, located inside the house and not in the garage. The Kitchen was beautiful and spacious. The pool was a little on the small side, but we still had fun in it, we also had breakfast on the pool deck which was awesome. We had an issue with the bedroom near the garage, bathroom not flushing well, I think all 3 bathrooms needs to be updated, they are a dated and as well as the living room sofas and chair, they sink too low once you sit on them. But other than that, I will rent this place again in a heart beat. Thank You Barbara for all of you help with renting this home. Thanks Again, Annie Mann
